Description
Claims (10)
- 油圧制御システム(48)であって、
流体を加圧するように構成された第1のポンプ(51)と、
流体を加圧するように構成された第2のポンプ(53)と、
対応する制御信号を発生させるように中立位置から最大位置までの動作範囲にわたって可動なオペレータ制御装置(46)と、
第1のポンプ、第2のポンプおよびオペレータ制御装置と通信する制御装置(112)であって、
制御信号を受信するように、
オペレータ制御装置が動作範囲全体にわたって移動されたときに、制御信号に応答して第1のポンプの作動に影響を及ぼすように、そして
オペレータ制御装置が動作範囲の一部にわたって移動されたときにのみ、制御信号に応答して第2のポンプの作動に影響を及ぼすように構成された制御装置(112)と
を備え、
オペレータ制御装置(46)が前記動作範囲の前記一部の始まりの位置まで移動されたときに、制御装置(112)は、前記第1および第2のポンプの両方が、流体を前記第1および第2のポンプのそれぞれの最大出力容量以下のレベルで同時に加圧するように、前記第2のポンプの作動に影響を及ぼす油圧制御システム(48)。 - オペレータ制御装置が中立位置から移動されたときに、制御信号に応答して第1のポンプの作動を開始するように制御装置が構成され、
オペレータ制御装置が中立位置から動作範囲の約35%にわたって移動されたときにのみ、制御信号に応答して第2のポンプの作動を開始するように制御装置が構成される請求項1に記載の油圧制御システム。 - オペレータ制御装置が中立位置から動作範囲の約70%にわたって移動されたときに、制御信号に応答して第1のポンプおよび第2のポンプが同時にそれらの完全な出力容量まで作動されるように制御装置が構成される請求項2に記載の油圧制御システム。
- オペレータ制御装置が第1のオペレータ制御装置であり、
油圧制御システムが、対応する第2の制御信号を発生させるように中立位置から最大位置までの動作範囲にわたって可動な第2のオペレータ制御装置(46)を含み、
制御装置が、さらに、
第2のオペレータ制御装置が中立位置から移動されたときに、第2の制御信号に応答して第2のポンプの作動を開始するように、そして
第2のオペレータ制御装置が中立位置から動作範囲の約35%にわたって移動されたときにのみ、第2の制御信号に応答して第1のポンプの作動を開始するように構成される請求項3に記載の油圧制御システム。 - 油圧システム(48)を作動させる方法であって、
中立位置から最大位置までの動作範囲内におけるオペレータ制御装置(46)の位置を示す制御信号を受信するステップと、
制御信号が、中立位置から離れているオペレータ制御装置の位置を示したときに、制御信号に応答して第1のポンプ(51)の作動に影響を及ぼすステップと、
制御信号が、中立位置から所定量だけ離れているオペレータ制御装置の位置を示したときにのみ、制御信号に応答して第2のポンプ(53)の作動に影響を及ぼすステップであって、前記第1および第2のポンプの両方が、流体を前記第1および第2のポンプのそれぞれの最大出力容量以下のレベルで同時に加圧するように、前記第2のポンプの作動に影響を及ぼすステップと、
を含む方法。 - 所定量が動作範囲の約35%である請求項5に記載の方法。
- オペレータ制御装置が中立位置から第2の所定量だけ離されたときに、制御信号に応答して第1のポンプおよび第2のポンプがそれらの完全な出力容量まで作動されるステップをさらに含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 第2の所定量が動作範囲の約70%である請求項7に記載の方法。
- 中立位置から最大位置までの動作範囲内における第2のオペレータ制御装置(46)の位置を示す第2の制御信号を受信するステップと、
第2の制御信号が、中立位置から離れている第2のオペレータ制御装置の位置を示したときに、第2の制御信号に応答して第2のポンプの作動に影響を及ぼすステップと、
第2の制御信号が、中立位置から所定量だけ離れている第2のオペレータ制御装置の位置を示したときにのみ、第2の制御信号に応答して第1のポンプの作動に影響を及ぼすステップと、
をさらに含む請求項5に記載の方法。 - パワー出力を発生させるように構成された動力源(18)と、
作業工具(14)と、
作業工具を選択的に動かすように動力源と作業工具との間で駆動連結された、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧システム(48)と、
を備える作業機械(10)。
