Claims (2)
- 作動流体が流通するチューブとフィンを積層し、チューブの両端にヘッダを組み付けてコア形状とし、チューブとフィンおよびチューブとヘッダをろう付け接合してなる熱交換器のろう付けにおいて、ヘッダとチューブとの間に優れたろうの隙間充填性を付与するろう付け方法であって、チューブとフィンの少なくとも一方、チューブとヘッダの少なくとも一方にろう材をクラッドしたものを使用し、チューブとフィンとヘッダを組み付けてコア形状とした後、第1工程としてチューブとフィンの領域Aを加熱し、領域Aをろう材の固相線温度を越えた温度に保持した後、ろう材の固相線温度未満の温度まで冷却してチューブとフィンをろう付け接合し、該第1工程中、領域BおよびCを遮蔽板で遮蔽しまたは領域BおよびCにガスを吹き付けることにより、領域BおよびCをろう材の固相線温度未満の温度に保持し、第2工程としてチューブの両端のヘッダとヘッダに接続されるチューブの領域BおよびCを加熱し、領域BおよびCをろう材の固相線温度を越えた温度に保持した後、ろう材の固相線温度未満の温度まで冷却してチューブとヘッダをろう付け接合し、該第2工程中、領域Aを遮蔽板で遮蔽しまたは領域Aにガスを吹き付けることにより、領域Aをろう材の固相線温度未満の温度に保持することを特徴とする熱交換器のろう付け方法。
- チューブ、フィンおよびヘッダをアルミニウム材で構成して、チューブとフィンの少なくとも一方、チューブとヘッダの少なくとも一方に固相線温度が577℃のAl−Si系合金ろう材をクラッドしたものを使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器のろう付け方法。
