Description
Claims (15)
- 容器、第1ヒンジを有する前記容器の基部、前記第1ヒンジに結合される第1壁、前記第1壁に直接結合される第2ヒンジ、及び前記第2ヒンジに結合される第2壁をブロー成形し、前記第1壁及び前記第2壁は、前記容器の縦軸に関して前記容器の内部から離れる方向に伸びて形成される工程と、
前記縦軸に関して前記容器の内部に向かうように、前記第1ヒンジに対して前記第1壁を反転させ、前記第1壁の前記反転は前記容器への充填処理に先立って行われる工程と、
前記第1壁の前記反転の後に、前記縦軸に関して前記容器の内部に向かうように、前記第2ヒンジに対して前記第2壁を反転させ、前記第2壁の反転の間に、前記基部の実質的な正味の歪曲を、前記基部の剛性が防止する工程と、
を備える方法。 - 空気シリンダ又は機械式デバイスが、前記第1ヒンジに対して前記第1壁を反転させる請求項1記載の方法。
- 別の空気シリンダ又は機械式デバイスが、前記第2ヒンジに対して前記第2壁を反転させる請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記第1壁及び前記第2壁の双方が、前記縦軸に沿って前記容器の内部から離れる位置にブロー成形される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記基部が、更に、
前記第2壁と結合される第3ヒンジと、
前記第2壁によって取り囲まれ、かつ、前記第3ヒンジに結合される領域とを備え、前記領域が、前記第2壁の反転の間に前記第3ヒンジに対して回転する請求項1記載の方法。 - 縦軸を有する容器であって、
前記容器の内部に通じる開口を有する上部と、
前記上部と連結される首部と、
前記首部と連結される本体と、
前記本体と連結される基部とを備え、前記基部が、
スタンド面と、
第1壁と、
第2壁とを備え、前記第1壁及び前記第2壁は、前記縦軸に関して前記容器の内部から離れる方向に伸びており、
前記スタンド面と前記第1壁との間に位置し、前記容器を第1の安定したスタンド形状とするために、前記第2壁を回転させることなく前記容器の縦軸に関して前記容器の内部に向かって、前記第1壁が、それに対して回転可能である第1ヒンジと、
前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間に位置し、かつ、前記第1壁に直接結合され、前記容器を前記第1の安定したスタンド形状から第2の安定したスタンド形状に移行させるために、前記第1ヒンジに対して前記第1壁が回転するのとは独立して、前記容器の前記縦軸に関して前記容器の内部に向かって、前記第2壁が、それに対して回転可能である第2ヒンジとを備え、
前記基部の剛性が、前記第2壁の反転の間に前記基部の実質的な正味の歪曲を防止する容器。 - 前記第2壁は、前記第1壁の回転の間に機械的力又は空気圧的力を受けるように適合された請求項6記載の容器。
- 前記第1壁及び前記第2壁の双方が、前記縦軸に関して、容器の内部から離れる方向に伸びる位置にブロー成形される請求項6記載の容器。
- 前記第2壁と前記第2ヒンジは、前記第2壁が前記容器の熱充填処理の後に当該第2ヒンジに対して回転することができるように構成されている請求項6記載の容器。
- 前記容器の内部に向かう前記第2壁の回転が、熱充填処理の後に、前記容器内部の真空圧を弱める請求項6記載の容器。
- 前記基部の前記第2壁が、更に、前記第2壁の反転のための力を受けるように適合された領域を備える請求項6記載の容器。
- 前記領域と前記第2壁との間に位置する第3ヒンジを備え、前記領域が前記第2壁の回転の間に前記第3ヒンジに対して回転可能である請求項11記載の容器。
- 前記第1壁は、前記容器の内部に向かう、前記第1ヒンジに対する回転によって再位置定めされ、
前記第2壁は、前記第2ヒンジに対する回転により再位置定めされる請求項6記載の容器。 - 前記第1壁の前記反転により、前記第1ヒンジ、前記第1壁、前記第2ヒンジ及び前記第2壁が、前記容器のスタンド面又はその上方に位置するようになる請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第2ヒンジに対する前記第2壁の前記反転は前記容器の充填処理の後に実行される請求項1記載の方法。
