Claims (6)
- タレット台に旋回自在にタレットを設け、このタレットの割出し位置を係脱自在に係止固定するクラッチ装置を設けた工作機械の自動旋回型タレット装置であって、駆動装置により前記タレットの旋回軸方向と交差する方向に進退させる駆動体を設け、この駆動体の軸交差方向への進退によって旋回軸方向に進退する軸方向スライド体を設け、この軸方向スライド体の進退によって係脱作動する前記クラッチ装置を設け、前記駆動体の移動により押し広げ作用が生じてタレット台に対して前記軸方向スライド体を押動スライドさせるテーパ作用部を前記駆動体に設けたことを特徴とする工作機械の自動旋回型タレット装置。
- 前記タレット台に設けた支承部と前記軸方向スライド体に設けた対向支承部との間で進退するように前記駆動体の前記テーパ作用部を構成して、このテーパ作用部の旋回軸方向と交差する方向への移動により、固定側の前記支承部に対して前記対向支承部が離反方向に押圧されこの対向支承部を設けた前記軸方向スライド体が旋回軸方向に押動スライドするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の工作機械の自動旋回型タレット装置。
- 前記タレット台の前記支承部と前記軸方向スライド体の前記対向支承部との間で進退する前記テーパ作用部は、少なくともこのテーパ作用部の形状を進退方向の一方向に沿って幅が除々に広がるテーパ外面を有するクサビ形状に形成して、この支承部とテーパ作用部との間での幅が除々に広がることになる方向に移動することで前記軸方向スライド体を旋回軸方向に押動スライドさせ、逆に幅が除々に狭まることになる方向に戻り移動することで前記軸方向スライド体が戻りスライドするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の工作機械の自動旋回型タレット装置。
- 前記テーパ作用部は、前記支承部と前記対向支承部に設けた支承係合部に夫々スライド自在に係合し一体に往復スライドする一対の直動案内部で構成し、この直動案内部を非平行に並設して少なくとも一方を並設間隔が他方に対して除々に広がるように傾斜状態に構成して少なくとも前記一方の直動案内部で形成した前記テーパ外面を有するクサビ形状に形成し、前記駆動体を駆動することで前記各支承係合部に前記非平行な一対の直動案内部で構成した前記テーパ作用部がスライドすることで前記押し広げ作用が生じて前記タレット台に対して前記軸方向スライド体が旋回軸方向に押動スライドするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の工作機械の自動旋回型タレット装置。
- 前記タレット台に旋回軸部を設け、この旋回軸部を軸にして前記タレット台に対して前記タレットを旋回自在に構成し、この旋回軸部に前記軸方向スライド体をスライド自在に設け、この軸方向スライド体とタレットとの間に前記軸方向スライド体のスライドにより係脱作動してタレットを旋回可能な状態と割出し位置を係止固定するクラッチ状態とに切り替える前記クラッチ装置を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械の自動旋回型タレット装置。
- 前記クラッチ装置は、前記タレット台若しくは前記タレットに外環部を設け、前記タレット若しくは前記タレット台に前記外環部が囲む内環部を設けて、前記タレット台に対して前記タレットを旋回して割出しする際、前記外環部に対して前記内環部が相対回動するように構成し、前記軸方向スライド体にこの外環部及び内環部に係合して前記外環部に対する前記内環部の相対回動を係止阻止する係止部を設けて、前記駆動装置の駆動により前記テーパ作用部を駆動して前記軸方向スライド体を旋回軸方向に押動スライドさせることで前記係止部を前記外環部及び前記内環部に係合して前記タレットを割出し位置に係止固定してクラッチ状態とするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項
に記載の工作機械の自動旋回型タレット装置。
