Description
(1)循環して移動する吸着材で形成された充填層に、焼結鉱を製造する際に発生する排ガスを通過させることで前記排ガス中の硫黄分を前記吸着材に吸着させて除去する排ガス処理方法(前記排ガスにアンモニアを注入・混合する場合を除く)において、前記硫黄分を吸着後の前記吸着材を再生処理した後に前記吸着材から粒径2mm未満の細粒を除去して前記吸着材の粒径を2mm以上として、前記硫黄分を吸着後の前記吸着材を加熱して再生処理する際の加熱温度を340℃以上、370℃以下とし、充填層の通気抵抗を2kPa以下とすることを特徴とする排ガス処理方法。

Claims (1)
- 循環して移動する吸着材で形成された充填層に、焼結鉱を製造する際に発生する排ガスを通過させることで前記排ガス中の硫黄分を前記吸着材に吸着させて除去する排ガス処理方法(前記排ガスにアンモニアを注入・混合する場合を除く)において、前記硫黄分を吸着後の前記吸着材を再生処理した後に前記吸着材から粒径2mm未満の細粒を除去して前記吸着材の粒径を2mm以上として、前記硫黄分を吸着後の前記吸着材を加熱して再生処理する際の加熱温度を340℃以上、370℃以下とし、充填層の通気抵抗を2kPa以下とすることを特徴とする排ガス処理方法。
