Claims (5)
- 光触媒と、紫外線とオゾンを放電によって発生させる放電装置と、電流を検知する電流検知手段と、該電流検知手段の信号成分を増幅、検出する高周波検出手段と、該高周波検出手段の出力信号によって放電量を判断し、前記紫外線と前記オゾンの量を可変させる制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする触媒反応装置。
- 前記制御手段は、電極間に印加する電圧を可変することで前記紫外線と前記オゾンの量を可変させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒反応装置。
- 前記制御手段は、電極間の電圧周期を可変することで前記紫外線と前記オゾンの量を可変させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒反応装置。
- 前記制御手段は、電極間の印加時間を可変することで前記紫外線と前記オゾンの量を可変させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒反応装置。
- 前記制御手段は、電極に供給するパルスを可変することで前記紫外線と前記オゾンの量を可変させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒反応装置。
