Claims (7)
- 記録面上における絶対位置情報を有する第1のサーボパターンと、前記記録面上における相対位置情報を有する第2のサーボパターンとが形成された記録媒体と、
前記記録媒体に対する情報の記録・再生を行う記録再生ヘッドと、
前記第1、第2のサーボパターンを用いて前記記録再生ヘッドを前記記録媒体上に位置決めしつつ、前記記録面上における絶対位置情報を有する第3のサーボパターンを、前記記録再生ヘッドに記録させるための制御信号を生成する記録信号生成部と、
前記第3のサーボパターンを前記記録媒体上に記録する際の情報である記録時データを保持するデータ保持部と、を備える情報記憶装置。 - 前記記録時データを取得するデータ取得部を更に備える請求項1に記載の情報記憶装置。
- 前記データ保持部は、前記記録媒体上の格納領域であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の情報記憶装置。
- 前記記録媒体には、前記記録時データを一時的に保持する一時保持領域と、前記記録時データを保持し続ける前記格納領域と、が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の情報記憶装置。
- 請求項4に記載の情報記憶装置の前記一時保持領域に格納されている記録時データを、前記記録再生ヘッドを用いて読み出させる読み出し部と、
前記読み出した記録時データを、前記記録再生ヘッドを用いて前記格納領域に書き込む書き込み部と、を備える情報記憶装置の調整装置。 - 記録面上における絶対位置情報を有する第1のサーボパターンと、前記記録面上における相対位置情報を有する第2のサーボパターンとが形成された記録媒体に対し、前記第1、第2のサーボパターンを用いて記録再生ヘッドを位置決めしつつ、前記記録媒体上に、前記記録面上における絶対位置情報を有する第3のサーボパターンを形成する工程と、
前記第3のサーボパターンを前記記録媒体上に記録する際の情報である記録時データを保持する工程と、を含むサーボパターン形成方法。 - 前記記録時データを取得する工程を更に含む請求項6に記載のサーボパターン形成方法。
