Claims (6)
- 電池本体と、一方の主面に外部接続用端子が形成され、前記主面の裏面に電池の保護回路素子が実装された回路基板と、前記回路基板と前記電池本体の正負極を電気的に接続すると共に、熱感応素子を配した接続部材と、前記電池本体及び前記回路基板をモールド型に配置し、前記電池本体の正負極と前記回路基板との間の間隙に樹脂を注入することにより成形され、前記電池本体及び前記回路基板に固着させて両者を一体化するとともに、さらに前記接続部材が固定、絶縁された樹脂モールド体とを備えてなることを特徴とする電池。
- 前記熱感応素子は、熱伝導性の接着剤にて前記電池本体に熱結合されている請求項1に記載の電池。
- 電池本体と、一方の主面に外部接続用端子が形成され、前記主面の裏面に電池の保護回路素子が実装された回路基板と、前記回路基板と前記電池本体の正負極を電気的に接続すると共に、熱感応素子を配した接続部材と、前記電池本体及び前記回路基板をモールド型に配置し、前記電池本体の正負極と前記回路基板との間の間隙に樹脂を注入することにより成形され、前記電池本体及び前記回路基板に固着させて両者を一体化するとともに、さらに前記接続部材が固定、絶縁された樹脂モールド体と、少なくとも前記外部接続用端子を外部露出させ、前記樹脂モールド体及び前記回路基板を外部被覆する外装被覆とを備えてなることを特徴とする電池。
- 前記熱感応素子は、熱伝導性の接着剤にて前記電池本体に熱結合されている請求項3に記載の電池。
- 前記外装被覆は、前記外部接続端子を外部露出させ、前記回路基板及び前記樹脂モールド体の少なくとも一部を被覆する上部樹脂成形体と、前記電池本体の回路基板配設面の反対面を被覆する下部樹脂成形体と、前記上部樹脂成形体及び前記下部樹脂成形体の一部と前記電池本体の胴部分とを被覆して巻着される巻着シートとを備えてなる請求項3または4に記載の電池。
- 前記上部樹脂成形体と前記下部樹脂成形体とを連結する連結樹脂成形体が形成されてなる請求項5に記載の電池。
