Description
WCDMAシステムでは、STTDブロック130の出力はさらにN個のストリームに逆多重化される。ここで、Nは、割り当てられる直交可変拡散率(OVSF)符号の数である。各ストリームは、そのそれぞれのOVSF符号(OC)を用いて拡散され、その後、対応するスクランブル符号(SC)を用いてスクランブルされる。そして、スクランブルされたストリームは結合され、ストリームがSTTDを使用するか否かに応じて1つ又は2つのアンテナから送信される。さらなる詳細については、関連する出願を参照されたい。
送信アンテナの数は(M+1)である。入力データストリーム101を一意に復号するために、受信機は少なくともM個のアンテナを有する。これを表Aに要約する。
Claims (6)
- 多入力/多出力無線通信システムにおいてデータシンボルの入力ストリームを送信する方法であって、
前記入力ストリームをM個のサブストリームに逆多重化すること、
前記M個のサブストリームの各々を符号化サブストリームに適応的に変調し且つ符号化すること、
前記M個の符号化サブストリームの第1のサブストリームを時空間送信ダイバーシティ符号化して、2つの時空間送信ダイバーシティ符号化サブストリームにすることであって、1つの時空間送信ダイバーシティ符号化サブストリームは、2つの送信アンテナのうちの対応する1つによって送信されること、
及び
他の符号化サブストリームの各々を対応する単一送信アンテナによって直接送信すること
を含む、多入力/多出力無線通信システムにおいてデータシンボルの入力ストリームを送信する方法。 - 各送信アンテナに対する関連チャネルのチャネル状態を受信機からフィードバックすること、
及び
前記チャネル状態に基づいて各サブストリームに対する最大データレート及び変調を選択することをさらに含む
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記チャネル状態は、前記受信機において受信される前記出力ストリームの信号対干渉雑音比を測定する
請求項2記載の方法。 - 各出力ストリームを複数の逆多重化出力ストリームに逆多重化すること、
前記複数の逆多重化出力ストリームの各々に直交可変拡散率を乗算すること、
乗算の後に、各出力ストリームに対する前記逆多重化出力ストリームを加算して、各出力ストリームに対応する合計出力ストリームにすること、
及び
各合計出力ストリームにスクランブル符号を乗算することをさらに含む
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記チャネル状態に基づいてサブストリームの前記数Mを選択することをさらに含む
請求項2記載の方法。 - 多入力/多出力無線通信システムにおいてデータシンボルの入力ストリームを送信する装置であって、
M+1個の送信アンテナと、
前記入力ストリームを逆多重化してM個のサブストリームにするように構成されたデマルチプレクサと、
前記M個のサブストリームの各々を適応的に変調し且つ符号化して符号化サブストリームにするM個の手段と、
前記M個の符号化サブストリームの第1のサブストリームを時空間送信ダイバーシティ符号化して、2つの時空間送信ダイバーシティ符号化サブストリームにする手段であって、1つの時空間送信ダイバーシティ符号化サブストリームが2つの送信アンテナのうちの対応する1つによって送信される手段と、
他のM−1個の符号化サブストリームの各々を対応する単一送信アンテナによって直接送信する手段と
を備える、多入力/多出力無線通信システムにおいてデータシンボルの入力ストリームを送信する装置。
