Description
−芯焼入れを受けたクロム、ニッケル、およびモリブデン合金鋼の単一部品からなり、
−フランジの各々は、膜として働く側部分を含み、
−フランジの各々について、フランジの直径と中央円筒部分の直径の差をフランジの側部分の平均厚さで割った比が、7と15の間にある、
ことを特徴とする。
−強い圧力によって、インクを彫刻シリンダセルから印刷支持体に転写する圧力ローラ(1)、
−以下の要素を含む、図2に示すような印刷キャリッジ(2)、
−印刷されるべきパターンを再現することによって、一定量のインクをインク付けシステムから印刷支持体に転写する彫刻シリンダ(3)、
−インクを彫刻シリンダ(3)に注ぐタンクの形態のインク塗布具(4)、
−インク溢れを収集するインクパン(5)、
−ブレード(7)によって、彫刻シリンダ(3)のインク溢れを拭き取るドクターブレード(6)、
−インクタンクからインク塗布具(4)へのインク送りを確実にするインクポンプ、
−溶剤あるいは水の素早い蒸発、あるいはUVインクの重合を確実にする乾燥機。
−継手デバイス(10)は、縦方向の見当合わせに優れた品質を確保しながら、トルクを彫刻シリンダ(3)に伝達するために、回転中できるだけ剛くなければならない。
−継手デバイス(10)は、また、横の見当合わせの優れた品質を確保するために、そのX軸(彫刻シリンダ(3)の軸線方向)に、できるだけ剛くなければならない。
−しかしながら、継手デバイス(10)は、彫刻シリンダ(3)の整合、製造および歪みを最も良い状態に補正するために、X軸に垂直な平面を構成するY軸およびZ軸(彫刻シリンダ(3)の軸線方向に垂直な2方向)に、できるだけ剛さがより小さくなければならないが、それにもかかわらず、グリッパー(8)が彫刻シリンダ(3)をクランプしないときに、回転を可能にするのに十分剛くなければならない。

Claims (3)
- 中央円筒部分(11)と、中央円筒部分(11)の一端および他端にそれぞれ配置された2つのフランジ(12、13)と、を含む、印刷ユニットのシリンダを回転駆動するために用いられる、前記シリンダと駆動ボックス(9)を連結する継手デバイスにおいて、
前記継手デバイスは、その一端において前記シリンダの端をクランプするグリッパー(8)を支持し、他端において駆動ボックス(9)のシャフトに連結され、
印刷に必要な応力が前記シリンダに加わるときに、印刷に必要な見当合わせを可能とする、前記シリンダの軸線方向および前記軸線周りの剛性と、前記シリンダと前記駆動ボックス(9)との間の、前記シリンダの軸線方向に垂直な2方向の公差の補償を可能とする剛性とを備え、
−継手デバイスは、芯焼入れを受けたクロム、ニッケル、およびモリブデン合金鋼の単一部品からなり、
−フランジ(12、13)の各々は、膜として働く側部分(16)を含み、
−フランジ(12、13)の各々について、フランジの直径と中央円筒部分(11)の直径の差をフランジの側部分(16)の平均厚さで割った比が、7と15の間であり、
−第1のフランジ(12)の前記側部分(16)は、前記中央円筒部分(11)との接合部から前記グリッパー(8)の支持領域(17)まで延び、第2のフランジ(13)の前記側部分(16)は、中央円筒部分(11)の接合部から第2のフランジ(13)のボア(15)との接合部まで延びる、
ことを特徴とする継手デバイス。 - 継手デバイスは中空であり、中央円筒部分(11)はチューブの形状を取る、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の継手デバイス。
- 中央円筒部分(11)の壁の厚さは、0.7mmと2mmの間である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の継手デバイス。
