Claims (4)
- 原料空気を酸素と窒素に分離する高圧蒸留塔および低圧蒸留塔と、
分離された液状の酸素または液状の窒素の一部を蒸留の操業中に貯溜する液体貯槽と、
圧縮された原料空気を熱源とし、前記液体貯槽内の前記液状酸素および/または液状窒素を気化させる熱交換器と、
前記蒸留塔と前記液体貯槽を結ぶラインに設けられる液体抜出量調節弁と、
前記液体貯槽内の圧力を調整するための加圧手段と、
前記液体貯槽内の前記液状酸素および/または液状窒素を該液体貯槽へ循環送給させる循環送給ラインと
を備えた空気分離装置であり、
前記液体抜出量調節弁は、空気分離装置の再稼動時の純度調整運転中は閉止されて該蒸留塔と該液体貯槽を縁切りし、両者を独立させた状態とするものであり、
前記熱交換器によって気化されたガスを、純度調整運転中の製品ガスとするものであることを特徴とする空気分離装置。 - 前記液体貯槽の圧力を調整するための加圧手段が設けられた循環送給ラインに圧力調節弁が設けられると共に、前記加圧手段から液体貯槽へ送給するのに必要な圧力を演算し制御する圧力演算・制御部を備えている請求項1に記載の空気分離装置。
- 前記熱交換器で熱源として利用した液状空気を貯溜する原料貯槽を備えている請求項1または2に記載の空気分離装置。
- 前記熱交換器として、定常運転中に圧縮空気を熱源とする熱交換器のほかに、少なくと
も再稼動時に液体貯槽から送給される前記液状酸素および/または液状窒素を、圧縮された原料空気を熱源として気化させる熱交換器を独立して備えたものである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気分離装置。
