Description
また図3の構成の別形態として、図4に示す様に、最下部の凝縮器容器に溜まった液体酸素を塔外に抜出し、塔外に設置した凝縮器容器12a内に凝縮器8aを設置し、該凝縮器容器12aには最も下の凝縮器容器内の液体酸素を導入する導管15aと、該凝縮器容器12a内で蒸発したガス酸素を抜出す導管15を接続し、また該凝縮器8aには圧縮された原料空気を導入する導管31と、該凝縮器で得られる液体空気を高圧蒸留塔低部に導入する導管32とを設ける構成としてもよい。図4に示す様に独立した凝縮器容器12aを設けて該凝縮器容器内で濃度の最も高い液体酸素を蒸発させると、製品ガス酸素を比較的高い圧力で得ることができる。

Claims (4)
- 原料空気を酸素と窒素に分離する高圧蒸留塔と低圧蒸留塔と、該高圧蒸留塔で分離されたガス窒素を、該低圧蒸留塔で分離された液体酸素を蒸発させることで液化する凝縮器、および、圧縮された原料空気を熱源とし、酸素および/または窒素を昇温させて製品ガスとする熱交換器を備えた空気分離装置において、
前記高圧蒸留塔と前記低圧蒸留塔の間であって低圧蒸溜塔の内部に、上下に複数の凝縮器容器を備え、該凝縮器容器内に凝縮器が夫々設置されていると共に、
各凝縮器には、前記高圧蒸留塔内のガス窒素を導入する導管と、該凝縮器で得られる液体窒素を抜き出す導管が設けられており、
且つ凝縮器の中で最も下に設置した凝縮器は高さが1200mm以下であって凝縮器の底部から液表面までの高さは液体酸素の沸点上昇が1℃未満となるような高さとし、他の凝縮器は、凝縮器の底部から液表面までの最大高さが1200mm超となるようにしたことを特徴とする空気分離装置。 - 前記低圧蒸留塔で分離された液体酸素を前記凝縮器容器の中で最も上に設置した凝縮器容器内に流入させる手段と、上側の凝縮器容器からその余剰液体酸素を下側の凝縮器容器に流下させる手段が設けられている請求項1に記載の空気分離装置。
- 原料空気を酸素と窒素に分離する高圧蒸留塔と低圧蒸留塔と、該高圧蒸留塔で分離されたガス窒素と該高圧蒸留塔に導入される空気を、該低圧蒸留塔で分離された液体酸素を蒸発させることで液化する凝縮器、および、圧縮された原料空気を熱源とし、酸素および/または窒素を昇温させて製品ガスとする熱交換器を備えた空気分離装置において、
前記高圧蒸留塔と前記低圧蒸留塔の間であって低圧蒸溜塔の内部に、上下に複数の凝縮器容器を備え、該凝縮器容器内に凝縮器が夫々設置されていると共に、最も下に設置した凝縮器には、空気を導入する導管と、該凝縮器で得られる液体空気を高圧蒸留塔低部に導入する導管が設けられており、また最も下に設置した凝縮器以外の各凝縮器には、前記高圧蒸留塔内のガス窒素を導入する導管と、該凝縮器で得られる液体窒素を抜き出す導管が夫々設けられていると共に、前記ガス窒素を導入する導管が設けられている凝縮器の中で、最も下に設置した凝縮器の高さを1200mm以下であって凝縮器の底部から液表面までの高さは液体酸素の沸点上昇が1℃未満となるような高さとし、他の凝縮器は、凝縮器の底部から液表面までの最大高さが1200mm超となるようにしたことを特徴とする空気分離装置。 - 前記低圧蒸留塔で分離された液体酸素を、該低圧蒸留塔内における前記凝縮器容器の中で最も上に設置した凝縮器容器内に流入させる手段と、
前記低圧蒸留塔内における上側の凝縮器容器からその余剰液体酸素を下側の凝縮器容器に流下させる手段が設けられている請求項3に記載の空気分離装置。
