Claims (3)
- 入射する光を反射するための走査コンポーネント(100)と、
該走査コンポーネント(100)を支持するためのフレーム部(114、116)と、
該走査コンポーネント(100)から反射された光を走査するために、該走査コンポーネント(100)を慣性によって振動させるための慣性ドライブと
を備える、光走査装置であって、
該光走査装置は、
プリント回路ボード(48)が、切取り部(118)を有し、
該フレーム部(114、116)が、該プリント回路ボード(48)の上面に接着されており、該走査コンポーネント(100)を該切取り部(118)の上方で支持することにより、該走査コンポーネント(100)が該切取り部(118)内で自由に振動できるようにし、
該慣性ドライブが、該プリント回路ボード(48)の上面に接触する表面エリアに取り付けられた第1および第2の圧電トランスデューサの第1の対の圧電トランスデューサと、該プリント回路ボード(48)の下面に接触する表面エリアに取り付けられた第3および第4の圧電トランスデューサの第2の対の圧電トランスデューサとを有し、該第2のトランスデューサは、該第3のトランスデューサに対して対角線上の反対にあり、該第1のトランスデューサは、該第4のトランスデューサに対して対角線上の反対にあり、
同時に作動しているときに、該第2のトランスデューサおよび該第3のトランスデューサが伸びるように作動する一方で該第1のトランスデューサおよび該第4のトランスデューサが縮むように作動するか、または、同時に作動しているときに、該第2のトランスデューサおよび該第3のトランスデューサが縮むように作動する一方で該第1のトランスデューサおよび該第4のトランスデューサが伸びるように作動するかであり、これにより、該プリント回路ボード(48)および該フレーム部(114、116)を変形させて、該走査コンポーネント(100)を振動させることを特徴とする、光走査装置。 - 前記走査コンポーネント(100)は、中央部(108)を有し、該中央部(108)の対向面に一対のミラー(104、106)が取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記走査コンポーネント(100)は、箔部材であり、鏡面コーティングで覆われている中央部(108)を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
