Claims (11)
- 金属精錬炉内の溶湯に含まれる硫黄分もしくは燐酸分等と反応して、スラグの生成を促進する石灰系フラックスにおいて、
破砕した石灰石にNaClを接触させて焼成され、石灰石内のFe2 O3 がFeCl2 、FeCl3 の塩化物となって焼成中の熱で昇華させ、石灰石CaCO3 の焼成で生石灰CaOを得るとき発生するCO2 のガス抜け跡に加え、昇華した前記塩化物の散逸跡も形成させることによりポーラス性を増大させ、造滓作用可能サイズに破砕または粉砕された塩焼き生石灰であることを特徴とする石灰系精錬用フラックス。 - 破砕した石灰石を素焼きし、造滓作用可能サイズに破砕または粉砕した素焼き生石灰が混合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
- 粉砕された石灰石を造粒して素焼きし、造滓作用可能サイズに破砕または粉砕した素焼き生石灰が混合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
- カルシウム・フェライトが造滓作用可能サイズに破砕または粉砕して混合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
- Al2 O3 が混成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
- 金属Mgが混成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3、請求項5のいずれか一項に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
- 粉状カーボンが混成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3、請求項5、請求項6のいずれか一項に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
- Fe2 O3 が混成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
- MnO2 が混成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4、請求項8のいずれか一項に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
- MgOが混成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか一項に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
- ドロマイトが混成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか一項に記載された石灰系精錬用フラックス。
