Claims (7)
- 流体の流路中に設けられ、セラミックス基体に光触媒を担持した光触媒モジュールと、正負極の金属電極と、電源部と、紫外線ランプとを備え、この紫外線ランプで前記流体に紫外線を照射することにより、前記流体に含まれる分解対象物質を分解する一方、前記電源部により前記正負極の金属電極間に電圧を印加して放電光を発生させ、この放電光を前記光触媒モジュールに照射して活性化した光触媒により、前記光触媒モジュールの内部あるいは近傍の前記流体に含まれる分解対象物質を分解するように構成したことを特徴とする高温対応型光触媒反応装置。
- 前記正負極の金属電極の少なくとも一方は誘電体で覆われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温対応型光触媒反応装置。
- 前記正負極の金属電極間に前記光触媒モジュールを設けるとともに、前記正負極の金属電極の少なくとも一方と前記光触媒モジュールとの間に誘電体を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温対応型光触媒反応装置。
- 前記光触媒の熱触媒作用によって前記分解対象物質を分解するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温対応型光触媒反応装置。
- 前記紫外線ランプの紫外線を照射可能な位置に補助光触媒モジュールを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温対応型光触媒反応装置。
- 前記紫外線ランプを、前記光触媒モジュールよりも下流側に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温対応型光触媒反応装置。
- 前記紫外線ランプを、前記光触媒モジュールよりも上流側に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温対応型光触媒反応装置。
