Description
本発明参考例の均一電場誘電体放電反応器は、プラス、マイナス電極板3、31により組成する電極ユニット、誘電体触媒容器構造4、誘電体触媒容器構造4上、下端に設置する入口7、出口8のパイプ、上記した構造を収容設置する絶縁外殻2を備える。(図1及び図2参照)
本発明参考例の均一電場誘電体放電反応器は、プラス、マイナス電極板3,31により組成する電極ユニット、誘電体触媒容器構造4(図8参照)、誘電体触媒容器構造4上、下端に設置する入口7、出口8のパイプ、上記した構造を収容設置する絶縁外殻2を備える。
本発明参考例の均一電場誘電体放電反応器は、プラス、マイナス電極板3,31により組成する電極ユニット、誘電体触媒容器構造4(図4参照)、触媒反応器導流板41構造、誘電体触媒容器構造4上、下端に設置する入口7、出口8のパイプ、上記した構造を収容設置する絶縁外殻2を備える。
本発明参考例の均一電場誘電体放電反応器は、プラス、マイナス電極板3,31により組成する電極ユニット、誘電体触媒容器構造4(図2参照)、触媒反応器導流板41構造、誘電体触媒容器構造4上、下端に設置する入口7、出口8のパイプ、上記した構造を収容設置する絶縁外殻2を備える。

Claims (5)
- 均一電場誘電体放電反応器は、プラス、マイナス電極板により組成する電極ユニット、 前記プラス、マイナス電極板間に、設置する誘電体触媒容器構造、
前記誘電体触媒容器構造内部に設置する触媒反応器導流板構造、
上記電極ユニット、上記誘電体触媒容器構造、及び前記触媒反応器導流板構造を収容設置する絶縁外殻、前記誘電体触媒容器構造内部への流体の入口、出口のパイプを備え、
前記誘電体触媒容器構造は誘電体で構成され、
前記導流板構造は流路方向に沿う断面がひし形、或いは波形の導流板を有し、該導流板は誘電体基材の両面共に、金属酸化物皮層、或いは金属皮層触媒塗布層を具えたことを特徴とする均一電場誘電体放電反応器。 - 前記電極ユニットは、絶縁材料により製造する平面フレーム構造のフレーム面上に、放電針を均一に分布して固定し、前記各放電針は、回路に並列接続してなり、
前記2個の電極板の極性は異なり、前記誘電体触媒容器構造の両側に平行に設置し、前記放電針尖端から、前記誘電体触媒容器構造までの距離は、5mm〜60mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の均一電場誘電体放電反応器。 - 前記反応器は、必要に応じて、一つの反応器の出口をもう一つの反応器の入口に接続することで、複数を直列接続できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の均一電場誘電体放電反応器。
- 前記電極ユニットのフレームサイズは、100mm〜5000mm×100mm〜5000mmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の均一電場誘電体放電反応器。
- 前記誘電体放電反応器は、空気の浄化、液体の殺菌、汚水の浄化に用いることができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の均一電場誘電体放電反応器。
