Claims (9)
- 紙/ボードのウェブのカーテンコーティングのための支持装置であって、
コーティングされるウェブの下に置かれる支持要素群であり、
衝突点の下流にある、カーテンの衝突角を変えるためにその位置を調整可能であるバッキングロールと、
スライド手段を備え、前記バッキングロールの上流に位置付けられるベアリング要素であり、支持のないウェブ上で前記カーテンコーティングが達成されるように前記衝突点の上流のところで、或いは、支持のあるウェブ上で前記カーテンコーティングが達成されるように前記衝突点に沿ったところの何れかで、前記ウェブを選択的に支持するために調整可能であるベアリング要素と、
を含む支持要素群を有する、
ことを特徴とする支持装置。 - 前記スライド手段は、減摩性、及び/又は、耐摩耗性のスライド面を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の支持装置。 - 前記スライド面は、摩擦を低減させることができる、かつ/或いは、耐摩耗性を高めることができるコーティング又は表面処理を用いて、減摩性、及び/又は、耐摩耗性を得るよう設計される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の支持装置。 - 前記スライド面を含むスライド手段又はその一部分は、耐摩耗性材料で作られる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の支持装置。 - 前記材料は、セラミック材料を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の支持装置。 - 前記スライド手段のスライド面と前記ウェブの下側との間には、摩擦を低減させるため、かつ/或いは、ウェブの粉化を妨げるため、流体潤滑が提供される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の支持装置。 - 前記流体は、空気又は別の気体を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の支持装置。 - 前記スライド手段は、柔軟な先端部分を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の支持装置。 - 前記スライド手段は、前記ウェブと前記衝突点の上流で前記ウェブの上に位置付けられる境界空気除去装置との間のギャップを制御するためにそのスライド面を調整可能である、
