Claims (4)
- 駆動軸のねじり加振を減衰させる装置であって、前記駆動軸の一端に固定され、かつ、前記駆動軸に沿って延び駆動軸と同心の管からなる部材と、前記駆動軸の他端に固定されて、前記部材のうち、前記部材を前記駆動軸の前記一端に固定した所から遠い方の端の振動を減衰させる減衰手段とを備える装置において、
前記管からなる部材が、前記駆動軸に固定された端と反対側の端から延びている一対の作動レバーを有し、また、前記一対の作動レバーが前記管の対向する位置に配設され、前記減衰手段が前記作動レバーの振動を減衰させるものとし、
さらに、前記減衰手段は油圧式とし、この油圧式減衰手段は、第1の対の油圧シリンダと第2の対の油圧シリンダ、および前記油圧シリンダ間の流体流路を有し、前記第1の対の油圧シリンダは、そのピストンの動作が前記一方の作動レバーの振動方向に互いに対向するように配設され、かつ、前記ピストンが前記一方の作動レバーと係合するようになし、また、前記第2の対の油圧シリンダは、そのピストンの動作が前記他方の作動レバーの振動方向に互いに対向するように配設され、かつ、前記ピストンが前記他方の作動レバーと係合するようになし、さらに、前記管のねじり加振が前記作動レバーを振動させ、それにより、前記油圧シリンダ間で流体が流れて、この振動を減衰させるものとすることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記管からなる部材が、前記駆動軸に固定された端と反対側の端に配設された半径方向内向きに延びている支持物を有し、また、前記支持物が、前記駆動軸を支持して、前記管と前記駆動軸の同心性を維持するようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記油圧シリンダ間の前記流体流路が、加圧タンクを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流体流路は、第1の部分と第2の部分とを有し、各部分が、並列に接続された第1の分岐管と第2の分岐管とを有し、一方の分岐管が絞り弁を有し、他方の分岐管が、前記加圧タンクから遠ざかる方向にのみ流体を流すことを可能とする逆止弁を有し、また、前記第1の部分が、前記加圧タンクと、前記第1の対の一方の油圧シリンダと前記第2の対の対角線的に対向する油圧シリンダの両方との間に接続され、さらに、前記第2の部分が、前記加圧タンクと、前記第1の対の他方の油圧シリンダと前記第2の対の対角線的に対向する油圧シリンダの両方との間に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
