Description
本発明において、長繊維強化ポリオレフィン樹脂成形材料は例えば、図1に示すような工程によって製造することができる。
下記表1に示す原料を用い、表2の配合比で調整した調合例1のマトリックス樹脂を、スクリュー径65mmの単軸押出機を用い、スクリュー回転数50rpmにて280℃で溶解し、溶融マトリックス樹脂を含浸ダイに供給させて、マトリックス樹脂の供給安定性について観察した。なお樹脂供給安定性は、○:[単軸押出し機から一定の樹脂が含浸ダイに供給される。] 、△:[単軸押出し機から○と同じスクリュー回転数で樹脂供給量が少ない、又は、樹脂供給量が多くなったり少なくなったり変動する。] 、×:[単軸押出し機から樹脂が全く供給されない。]の3段階で評価した。評価結果を表2に合わせて記す。
表2の配合比で調整した調合例2〜4のマトリックス樹脂を用いた以外は試験例1と同様にして、含浸ダイに溶融マトリックス樹脂を供給し、マトリックス樹脂の供給安定性について観察した。

Claims (6)
- ポリオレフィン樹脂[A]と、酸化防止剤[B]とを含むマトリックス樹脂[C]を、単軸押出機で溶融させ、この溶融マトリックス樹脂を含浸ダイに充填し、この含浸ダイに強化繊維を通過させ、得られた長繊維強化ポリオレフィン樹脂ロッドを所定の長さに切断する長繊維強化ポリオレフィン樹脂成形材料の製造方法であって、
前記ポリオレフィン樹脂[A]として、JIS Z 8801で規定される金属製網ふるいの公称目開き1.4mmを通過しうるポリオレフィン樹脂粉状体[A1]を含有するものを用い、かつ、前記酸化防止剤[B]として、融点100℃以下の低融点酸化防止剤[B1]を含有するものを用い、
前記マトリックス樹脂Cに含まれる前記ポリオレフィン樹脂粉状体[A1]の含有量を、前記低融点酸化防止剤[B1]の7〜200倍とすることを特徴とする長繊維強化ポリオレフィン成形材料の製造方法。 - 前記ポリオレフィン樹脂[A]として、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂粉状体[A1]を20〜100質量%含有するものを用いる請求項1に記載の長繊維強化ポリオレフィン成形材料の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオレフィン樹脂粉状体[A1]として、平均粒径0.01〜1.0mmの粉状体を用いる請求項1または2に記載の長繊維強化ポリオレフィン成形材料の製造方法。
- 前記酸化防止剤[B]として、低融点酸化防止剤[B1]を12〜100質量%含有するものを用いる請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の長繊維強化ポリオレフィン成形材料の製造方法。
- 前記低融点酸化防止剤[B1]として、チオエーテル系酸化防止剤を少なくとも一種以上用いる請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の長繊維強化ポリオレフィン成形材料の製造方法。
- 前記マトリックス樹脂[C]として、前記ポリオレフィン樹脂[A]を90〜99.5質量部、前記酸化防止剤[B]を0.5〜10質量部含有するものを用いる請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の長繊維強化ポリオレフィン成形材料の製造方法。
