Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle door structure.

In general, an audio device is mounted on a vehicle, and an occupant can hear a sound generated from the audio device through a speaker provided in a door device or the like. And this speaker is attached to the speaker attachment hole formed in the door inner panel of a door apparatus via a bracket etc. Such a conventional vehicle door structure is disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1.

The door device has a double structure having an internal space formed by a door inner panel and a door outer panel. In this internal space, a window glass, a lifting device for raising and lowering the window glass, and the like are housed, and harnesses connected to these devices are wired. In view of this, the door inner panel has a plurality of large and small working holes for attaching and servicing each device.

However, when the speaker is attached to the door with the conventional vehicle door structure, the work hole described above remains open, so that the rigidity is insufficient and the original performance of the speaker cannot be fully exhibited. The sound radiated into the passenger compartment through the work hole interferes with the direct sound from the speaker, which causes a problem that the sound quality is deteriorated. In addition, it is conceivable not to provide a work hole, but it is necessary to consider from the viewpoints of detachability, that is, maintainability, cost, weight, and the like, which is not very realistic.

Therefore, this invention solves the said subject, and it aims at providing the vehicle door structure which can improve a speaker sound quality effectively, without impairing maintainability.

In the vehicle door structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, the plate-like member is attached to the door inner panel via the elastic member, so that the sound quality of the reproduced sound of the speaker can be improved while preventing the chatter noise. it can. In addition, since the harness is passed through the opening formed by the work hole and the cutout part of the plate-like member, it is possible to provide an opening for passing the harness while improving the rigidity of the door, thus simplifying the design. can do. Furthermore, since the opening portion has an opening area where the operator's finger can enter, even if the elastic member undergoes secular change and the door inner panel and the plate-like member are bonded, the operator is required for maintenance. Even when the plate-like member is removed, it is easy to apply a force and the maintainability can be improved.

A vehicle door structure according to a second invention is the vehicle door structure according to the first invention, wherein the plate-like member is attached to an inner side surface in the vehicle width direction of the door inner panel via the elastic member, By attaching the elastic member to the at least one notch from the outside in the vehicle width direction , it is possible to prevent damage to the harness, disconnection, and injury during operation.

A vehicle door structure according to a third invention is the vehicle door structure according to the second invention, wherein the elastic member is affixed so that half of the length in the width direction protrudes outward from the notch. By attaching, it is possible to reliably prevent damage to the harness, disconnection, and injury during operation.

A vehicle door structure according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the vehicle door structure according to any one of the first to third aspects of the invention, wherein at least one of the cutouts has an R shape from the cutout toward the outside in the vehicle width direction. By providing an R- curved portion that can be bent , the harness can be prevented from being damaged or disconnected, and injured during operation.

Hereinafter, a vehicle door structure according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a vehicle door structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a surface of an acoustic board, and FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a back surface of the acoustic board.

A door inner panel 1 shown in FIG. 1 is provided on the inner side in the vehicle width direction of a door device provided on the passenger seat side of a vehicle (not shown), and a door outer panel provided on the outer side of the door inner panel 1. By forming an internal space between them, the door device has a double structure. In this internal space, a window glass (not shown), an elevating device for raising and lowering the window glass, and the like are housed, and harnesses connected to these devices are wired.

As shown in FIG. 1, the speaker inner hole 2 and the work holes 3, 4, 5 are formed in the door inner panel 1. The speaker mounting hole 2 is for mounting the speaker 11 which is a sound source of an audio device mounted on the vehicle, and the work holes 3, 4 and 5 are for removing and servicing each device described above. is there. The work hole 3 disposed in the vicinity of the speaker mounting hole 2 is closed by the acoustic plate (plate-shaped member) 12 made of a plate-shaped sheet metal, while the work hole disposed at a position away from the speaker mounting hole 2. 4 is closed by a plate-like sound absorbing member 13 made of a urethane material or the like. Further, the work hole 5 opened smaller than the work holes 3 and 4 is closed by a plate-like resin member 14 made of PP material or the like. Note that a harness 11 a is connected to the speaker 11.

The acoustic plate 12 is attached by a rivet 16 through a rubber member (elastic member) 15 (see FIG. 3) which is an elastic body around the acoustic plate 12. The sound absorbing member 13 is attached via a waterproof film 17. As described above, the waterproof film 17 is disposed on the outer side in the vehicle width direction than the sound absorbing member 13, and covers the surface of the inner panel 1 (the inner surface in the vehicle width direction), that is, the acoustic plate 12, The resin member 14 is attached so as to cover it.

Next, the acoustic plate 12 will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the acoustic plate 12 has a closed surface portion 21 that is formed in a planar shape in a substantially vertical direction. Flange portions 22 and 23 projecting from the front surface side of the plate 12 are formed. A rivet mounting hole 24 for mounting the rivet 16 is formed in the flange portions 22 and 23, and a rubber member 15 is attached.

In addition, a front notch 25 for wiring the harness 11a of the speaker 11 is formed in front of the outer edge of the acoustic board 12, while a rear notch 26 for wiring the harness 11b of any device is formed behind the outer edge. Is formed. A rubber member 15 extending from the flange portion 22 is attached to the edge of the front notch 25, and the rubber member 15 provided on the edge of the front notch 25 has its edge. It is pasted so that the length in the width direction protrudes from the half. On the other hand, an R-curved portion 27 is formed at the edge of the rear cutout portion 26 and is bent into a substantially R shape toward the vehicle width direction outer side (the back side of the acoustic plate 12).

Here, as shown in FIG. 1, the front opening 32 is formed by the work hole 3 and the front notch 25, while the rear opening 33 is formed by the work hole 3 and the rear notch 26. That is, the harnesses 11a and 11b are wired so as to penetrate the openings 32 and 33 from the outside in the vehicle width direction to the inside (from the back side of the door inner panel 1). The openings 32 and 33 have an opening area that allows the operator's finger to enter.

The blocking surface portion 21 is formed with corrugated ribs 28, rectangular ribs 29, and connecting ribs 30 and 31 that protrude outward in the vehicle width direction (the back side of the acoustic plate 12). The corrugated rib 28 is formed in a corrugated shape in the front-rear direction of the closing surface portion 21, and the rectangular rib 29 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape so as to surround the rear notch 26 at the rear end of the corrugated rib 28. The connecting rib 31 is formed to connect the corrugated ribs 28 in the front-rear direction, and the connecting rib 30 is formed to connect the corrugated ribs 28 and the rectangular rib 29 in the front-rear direction.

In other words, the closer to the speaker 11, the more easily affected by vibration, and the farther away, the less susceptible to vibration. Therefore, the closer to the speaker 11, the more rigid is necessary, and the farther it is, the less rigid is necessary. The work hole 3 provided in the vicinity of the speaker 11 is closed with a sound board 12 having rigidity, while the work hole 4 located at a position away from the speaker 11 is closed with a sound absorbing member 13 having rigidity lower than that of the sound board 12. did. Since the acoustic plate 12 has the ribs 28, 29, 30, and 31, it is provided with high rigidity. The work hole 5 is formed near the speaker 11, but has a smaller diameter than the work holes 3 and 4, and therefore has a relatively high rigidity. Therefore, the resin member has a rigidity lower than that of the acoustic plate 12. 14 was closed. Thereby, weight reduction and cost reduction are achieved by using the sound absorbing member 13 and the resin member 14 that are lighter and cheaper than the acoustic plate 12. That is, by selecting the material of the member based on the opening position and size of the work hole, not only the rigidity of the door inner panel 1 can be improved, but also weight reduction and cost reduction can be achieved.

Then, by attaching the acoustic plate 12 to the door inner panel 1 via the rubber member 15, vibration is reduced and sound sealing performance is improved, and chatter noise can be prevented from being generated. Improve sound quality. In addition, by providing the notches 25 and 26 to form the openings 32 and 33, the harnesses 11a and 11b and harnesses of each device can be easily wired, while a hole for wiring the harness is provided in the door inner panel 1. Since it is not necessary to form it separately, the processing cost can be reduced and the design can be simplified. Further, when it is necessary to remove the acoustic plate 12 for maintenance, even if the rubber member 15 is deteriorated with age, the door inner panel 1 and the acoustic plate 12 are bonded to each other. , 33 is formed with an opening area that allows an operator's finger to enter, and the acoustic plate 12 is easily removed, and an R-curved portion 27 is formed in the rear notch 26 to improve the rigidity in the vicinity of the rear notch 26. Since it is easy for the operator to put effort, maintenance is improved.

Further, the rubber member 15 extending from the flange portion 22 is provided so as to protrude from the front notch portion 25, and the R-curved portion 27 is formed in the rear notch portion 26, so that the harnesses 11a and 11b can be prevented from being damaged or disconnected. Injury during work can be prevented.

Therefore, according to the vehicle door structure of the present invention, the acoustic plate 12 having the notches 25 and 26 is attached to the door inner panel 1 via the rubber member 15, and the opening is formed by the work hole 3 and the notches 25 and 26. 32 and 33 are formed, and the harnesses 11a and 11b are passed through the openings 32 and 33 having an opening area that allows an operator's hand to enter, so that the reproduced sound of the speaker 11 can be reproduced without impairing maintainability. Can effectively improve the sound quality.

Further, the rubber member 15 extending from the flange portion 22 is provided to protrude from the front notch portion 25, and the R-curved portion 27 is formed at the rear notch portion 26, so that the harnesses 11a and 11b can be reliably damaged or disconnected. You can prevent time injury.

The present invention can be applied to a vehicle door structure that improves maintainability.
