Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle door structure in which an acoustic speaker is assembled to an inner panel having a work opening.

Automobile (vehicle) doors (front doors, rear doors, etc.) usually have a window inside a door panel that is a combination of an inner panel and an outer panel for raising and lowering the door window and locking the door. An elevating mechanism and a door lock mechanism are assembled. For this reason, in the door panel, a work port (for device assembly) for assembling various devices such as a window lifting mechanism and a door lock mechanism is formed on the plate surface of the inner panel. At the same time, a waterproof sheet made of general-purpose products, most of which are water-proof films, are attached to the bulk of the inner panel's cabin side so that water does not enter the door panel. The inner panel including the inner panel is covered with a water-proof film.

In many of these doors, in order to ensure good sound and sound quality, a sound speaker of a sound device is attached.

By the way, in automobiles equipped with an audio device, there is a demand for reproducing clear sound. For this reason, recently, high quality of sound and sound quality is being demanded.

However, according to the structure in which the inner panel is waterproofed with a water-proof film, vibration sound (billing sound) may be generated from the film portion covering the work opening. This is because the back pressure generated when the acoustic speaker vibrates is transmitted through the internal space of the door panel to the film portion blocking the opening of the work port, and vibrates (resonates) the film portion.

As the quality of sound and sound quality increases, countermeasures against such vibration noise will become important.

As a countermeasure, for example, a structure using a rigid three-dimensional waterproof cover instead of the waterproof sheet disclosed in Patent Document 1 has been proposed. This structure is a technology that waterproofs the inner panel and suppresses the resonance phenomenon due to the back pressure of the acoustic speaker by fitting the waterproof cover into the entire interior of the door panel except the acoustic speaker. is there.
JP 2005-126040 A

By the way, inexpensiveness is required for automobiles. For this reason, reduction of cost is requested | required over each part and each component of a motor vehicle.

However, since the waterproof cover itself of Patent Document 1 is a dedicated member for the door to which it is applied, when applied to many vehicle types, the shape of the door panel varies from vehicle type to vehicle type. If not manufactured, it cannot be applied to door panels. For this reason, the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a problem in that although the generation of resonance sound (chattering noise) is suppressed, the cost is considerably increased.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle door structure that can suppress the generation of resonance sound (billing sound) caused by vibration of an acoustic speaker with an inexpensive structure that uses a general-purpose product.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a door panel in which an acoustic speaker is attached to an inner panel having a work opening for assembling equipment, and the inner panel excluding the acoustic speaker. A surface of the waterproof panel made of a general-purpose product that is provided so as to cover the platen surface on the passenger compartment side and waterproofs the work opening, and the inner panel across the sheet portion facing the work opening of the waterproof sheet, A high-rigidity sheet having a rigidity higher than that of the waterproof sheet, which is attached so as to close the opening of the work opening, and a sound which is attached to the opposite surface across the sheet portion and absorbs a sound escaping from the work opening. And a highly rigid portion including a sound absorbing member.

The invention according to claim 2 further adopts a configuration in which the high-rigidity portion is fixed to the opening peripheral edge portion of the work port.

The invention according to claim 3 further employs a configuration in which the peripheral edge of the high-rigidity sheet is attached to the opening edge of the work opening.

Tarpaulins portion facing the acoustic speaker is so high vibration hardly rigid portion, it can suppress generation of resonance sound in the work port to the cause back pressure of an acoustic speaker (chattering noise).

Therefore, it is possible to suppress the generation of resonance sound of the waterproof sheet caused by the acoustic speaker. In addition, the structure for suppressing the resonance noise can be applied to many types of vehicles by simply forming a high-rigidity portion on a part of a waterproof sheet (general-purpose product) that has been used conventionally.

Just attaching a highly rigid sheet in a part of the waterproof sheet, simply, it is possible to form the high rigidity portion to prevent the generation of vibration sound.

Since the high- rigidity portion is fixed to the peripheral edge of the opening of the work port, the resonance frequency shifts to a high frequency region where the resonance of the waterproof sheet is difficult, so that the waterproof sheet is more effectively prevented from resonating. Can do.

Sound escaping from work port, is absorbing sound absorbing material, the sound from the acoustic speaker back because prevent Komu around to the front of the acoustic loudspeaker, high quality sound speakers can be secured.

Using both the high- rigidity part and the sound-absorbing part, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the generation of vibration noise and to improve the sound quality of the acoustic speaker. Since the sound absorbing member is attached to the sound absorbing portion, the sound absorbing portion can be prevented from getting wet, and the quality of the sound absorbing member can be maintained.

Waterproof sheets, direct, instead of sticking, via a highly rigid sheet, so stick to the inner panel, without giving a burden on the prevention sheet, perform removal work of the waterproof sheet, good removal of the tarpaulin Sex can be kept as it is.

[One Embodiment]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on an embodiment shown in FIGS.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the appearance of a vehicle door, for example, a front door 1 of a passenger car, FIG. 2 is a perspective view in which a part of the front door 1 is disassembled, and FIG. 3 is a cross section taken along the line A-A in FIG. Each figure is shown.

In the figure, reference numeral 2 denotes a door body (made of metal) of the front door 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the door body 2 has a box-shaped door panel 5 formed by combining the outer panel 3 and the inner panel 4, and a frame-shaped sash 6 formed on the upper portion of the door panel 3. Configured. Among these, the front panel portion 5a facing the vehicle compartment side of the inner panel 4 is provided with a plurality of large and small square device assembly work ports 7 on the front and rear sides in the vehicle front-rear direction. Specifically, rectangular work ports 7a and 7b are provided in the upper front and rear upper, and a rectangular work port 7c extending in the vehicle front-rear direction is provided in the lower rear. Further, a speaker mounting hole 8 is provided adjacent to the work port 7a and the work port 7c on the lower front side of the front panel portion 5 of the inner panel 4. Then, door built-in devices (not shown) such as a window lifting mechanism and a door lock mechanism are mounted inside the door panel 3 through the work ports 7a to 7c. Further, a sound speaker 9 of an acoustic device (not shown) is mounted in the speaker mounting hole 8.

Further, most of the front panel of the door panel 5 (corresponding to the board surface of the inner panel 4 on the passenger compartment side) after the installation of the door built-in device and the acoustic speaker 9 is finished, except for the acoustic speaker 9 as shown in FIG. Is covered with a general-purpose waterproof sheet, for example, a single water-proof film 11. The water-proof film 11 is made of, for example, a single film piece cut out in accordance with the shape of a waterproof part of a general-purpose film member. The peripheral edge of this film piece is attached to the front surface of the front panel portion 5 by a sticking material that also serves as a seal, for example, a long butyl rubber material 13 arranged on the entire periphery, and water is supplied from the outside (vehicle compartment side). The various work openings 7a to 7c are waterproofed so as not to enter.

Of the water-proof film 11, the film portions α and β covering the work openings 7a and 7c close to the acoustic speaker 9 are easily vibrated due to the back pressure generated by the acoustic speaker 9, for example. It has been devised to reduce the occurrence of. In this device, a technique is adopted in which only the film portions α and β (corresponding to the sheet portions of the present application) facing the work openings 7a and 7b are made to be a highly rigid portion 15 having higher rigidity than the other film portions. The same structure is used for both the film portion α covering the work port 7a and the film portion β covering the work port 7c. Details of the structure are shown in FIGS.

The structure of the high-rigidity portion 15 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6. In the figure, 16 is a high-rigidity sheet. The high-rigidity sheet 16 is formed of a sheet material having higher rigidity than the water-proof film 1, for example, an olefin sheet (rubber) 17. The olefin sheet 17 has a shape suitable for closing the opening of the work port 7a and the work port 7c. The olefin sheet 17 is attached to a portion that closes the openings of the work port 7a and the work port 7b, that is, the film part α and the film part β. Specifically, the olefin sheet 17 is attached to the film surface (the surface facing the inner panel 4) on the front panel portion 5 side with the film portion α and the film portion β interposed therebetween. By attaching the olefin sheet 17, the rigidity of the film portions α and β facing the work port 7 a and the work port 7 c is remarkably higher than other portions. That is, the high-rigidity portion 15 makes the water-proof film 11 unaffected by the back pressure transmitted from the acoustic speaker 9, that is, a structure that does not resonate (vibrate).

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the high-rigidity portion 15 is also provided with a sound absorbing portion 20 that absorbs sound escaping from the work ports α and β. The sound absorbing portion 20 is configured by attaching a sound absorbing member 21 formed of, for example, a plate-shaped urethane material to a film surface on the opposite side (vehicle compartment side) sandwiching the film portion α and the film portion β. The sound absorbing member 21 is also sized to close the openings of the work ports 7a and 7c. The sound absorbing member 21 arranged on the vehicle interior side absorbs sound leaking from the work ports 7a and 7b to the vehicle interior side.

The high-rigidity portion 15 with each sound absorbing material is fixed to the opening peripheral edge of the work port 7a or the work port 7b. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 6, for example, an elongated butyl rubber material 23 is attached to the peripheral portion of the olefin sheet 17 as a pasting material, and a water proof film as shown in FIG. 2. 11 is affixed to the inner panel 4, the butyl rubber material 23 is affixed to the opening edge of the work port 7a or the work port 7c, whereby the olefin sheet 17 is attached to the front panel 5 as shown in FIGS. It is fixed to the front of the detachable. In addition, it is preferable to fix each part of the peripheral part of the olefin sheet 17 to the front panel part 5 as much as possible (because a resonance frequency shifts to a high frequency region, so that there are many parts to fix). Accordingly, a flat portion for fixing the olefin sheet 17 is provided at the opening peripheral edge of the work port 7, the butyl rubber material 23 is attached to the flat portion, and the front panel portion 5 a and the olefin sheet 17 are flat. If it is configured to be attached, the fixation becomes preferable.

According to the front door 1 configured in this way, as shown in FIG. 3, the pressure P accompanying the vibration of the acoustic speaker 9 passes through the inside of the door panel 5 and the film portions α, β blocking the work openings 7a, 7c. Even if it is transmitted to the film, the film portions α and β have a higher rigidity than the other portions due to the high-rigidity sheet 16, so that they do not need to vibrate.

Such an effect is because the high-rigidity portion 15 is only formed on a part of a conventional general-purpose water-proof film 11 (waterproof sheet), so that the formation position and size of the high-rigidity portion 15 are different. It can handle many car models.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent the generation of resonance sound (vibration sound: chatter sound) caused by the back pressure of the acoustic speaker 9 with an inexpensive structure that uses a general-purpose water-proof film 11 (waterproof sheet). In particular, the structure in which the high-rigidity sheet 16 is attached so as to close the openings of the work openings 7a and 7c in the film portions facing the work openings 7a and 7c can be applied to many types of vehicles at a simple and inexpensive cost.

In addition, when the high-rigidity portion 15 is fixed to the opening edges of the work openings 7a and 7c, the resonance frequency for resonating the water-proof film 11 (waterproof sheet) moves to a higher frequency range where resonance is difficult, and thus is further effective. Therefore, resonance of the water proof film 11 can be prevented.

In addition, by forming the sound absorbing portion 20 together with the high rigidity portion 15, the sound from the back of the acoustic speaker 9 leaking from the work ports 7 a and 7 c is absorbed by the sound absorbing portion 20. 9 Interference with the sound on the front side can also be prevented, contributing to ensuring good sound and sound quality.

In addition, if a sandwich structure is adopted in which the high-rigidity sheet 16 is attached to the inner panel 4 side and the sound-absorbing member 21 is attached to the opposite side with the water-proof film 11 interposed therebetween, resonance prevention by the high-rigidity sheet 16 and the sound-absorbing member 21 are achieved. Therefore, it is possible to effectively exhibit both the sound escape prevention and the sound and sound quality of the acoustic speaker 9. In particular, when the peripheral portion of the high-rigidity sheet 16 is attached to the opening peripheral portion of the work openings 7a and 7c, the water-proof film 11 is not directly attached to the inner panel 4, but via the high-rigidity sheet 16. Since it sticks to the inner panel 4, the water proof film 11 can be peeled off (removed) from the inner panel 4 without burdening the water proof film 11 during maintenance or repair of the equipment inside the door panel 5. The proof film 11 has a good detachability as in the conventional case. Of course, it has the effect of shifting the resonance frequency to the high frequency range.

In addition, by adopting a sandwich structure in which the high rigidity sheet 16 is attached to the inner panel 4 side and the sound absorbing member 21 is attached to the opposite side across the water proof film 11, rainwater or the like is directly applied to the sound absorbing member 21. Can be prevented, and the quality of the sound absorbing member 21 can be kept long.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in one embodiment, an olefin sheet is used as a high-rigidity sheet and a butyl rubber material is used as a member to be attached. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and other members may be used.
