Claims (4)
- 基板上に正極を形成する段階と、
前記正極上に正孔輸送層を形成する段階と、
前記正孔輸送層上に自己バッファ層を形成する段階と、
前記自己バッファ層上に前記自己バッファ層と同じ物質で発光層を形成する段階と、
前記発光層上に負極を形成する段階と、を含み、
前記自己バッファ層が形成される段階において、前記発光層の形成時に使われる溶媒に比べて相対的に正孔輸送層に低い溶解度を呈するバッファ層溶媒を使うことを特徴とする有機電界発光素子の製造方法。 - 前記自己バッファ層及び発光層は、導電性高分子物質より形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光素子の製造方法。
- 基板上に正極を形成する段階と、
前記正極上に正孔輸送層を形成する段階と、
前記正孔輸送層上に発光層を形成する段階と、
前記発光層上に自己バッファ層を形成する段階と、
前記自己バッファ層上に前記自己バッファ層と同じ物質で電子輸送層を形成する段階と、
前記電子輸送層上に負極を形成する段階と、を含み、
前記自己バッファ層の形成段階において、前記電子輸送層の形成に使われる溶媒に比べて相対的に前記発光層に低い溶解度を呈する溶媒を使うことを特徴とする有機電界発光素子の製造方法。 - 前記自己バッファ層及び電子輸送層は、導電性高分子物質より形成することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機電界発光素子の製造方法。
