Description
The present invention relates to a skin cleaning method and a skin cleaning system for fruits and fruit vegetables. More specifically, the present invention relates to the stress on the object to be cleaned, which is a fresh agricultural product, while removing foreign substances from the skin of fruits and fruit vegetables (peaches, apples, pears, tangerines, etc.), washing, and sterilizing. The present invention relates to a skin cleaning method and a skin cleaning system for fruits and fruits and vegetables that minimizes the damage and prevents damage to the skin.
Conventionally, in order to wash fruits and fruits and vegetables, they are immersed in water and supplied with air or transferred by a flow rate or ascending transfer device. At this time, since the stress and damage rate that the object to be cleaned is subjected to are very large, there is a problem that the storage property is deteriorated.
In addition, since one set of transfer conveyors is configured to be long, it is impossible to provide a device for removing foreign substances, cleaning, and the like at an intermediate position of the transfer conveyor.
This is because the conventional transfer conveyor cannot form a bent portion due to the presence of a transfer member such as a transfer roller for transferring fruits and fruits and vegetables.
Therefore, if it is necessary to install a transfer conveyor in a very long space and such an installation space cannot be secured, two or more sets of transfer conveyors are installed apart from each other at each end. It was a mechanism to transmit fruits and vegetables to both ends of a transfer conveyor that was separated using human power and other means of transport.
Therefore, a lot of work time is required for the process of transferring the fruits and vegetables between the plurality of separated transfer conveyors, and the fruits and vegetables may be damaged. This is a problem that is directly related to the commercial properties of fruits and fruit vegetables.
The object of the present invention is to remove the foreign substances adhering to the skin of fruits and fruits and vegetables, and to clean the skin of fruits and fruits and vegetables to prevent damage to the fruits and fruits and vegetables while proceeding with the washing and sterilization process Methods and skin cleaning systems are provided.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a foreign substance removing step of removing fine substances from the fruit / vegetable skin by spraying compressed fine air onto the fruit / vegetables that are continuously supplied by a transfer conveyor; A washing step of spraying compressed water on the fruits and fruits and vegetables from which the substances have been removed; a dehydration step of removing moisture from the skin of the fruits and fruits and vegetables by spraying compressed air on the washed fruits and fruits and vegetables And a method for washing the skin of fruits and vegetables including a drying step of simultaneously sterilizing and drying the fruits and vegetables from which the moisture of the skin has been removed.
The fruit / fruit vegetables rotate in the foreign substance removing step, the washing step, the dehydrating step, and the drying step, and do not rotate during other transfers.
The compressed water includes electrolyzed water for sterilization.
In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a foreign substance removing apparatus that removes foreign substances adhering to the skin of fruits and fruits and vegetables by spraying compressed fine air onto fruits and fruits and vegetables continuously fed by a transfer conveyor; A cleaning device that sprays compressed water on the fruits and fruits and vegetables from which the substances have been removed; a dewatering device that sprays compressed air onto the washed fruits and fruits and vegetables to remove moisture from the skin of the fruits and fruits and vegetables And a fruit / vegetable skin cleaning system including a drying device for simultaneously sterilizing and drying the fruits / fruits and vegetables from which the moisture of the epidermis has been removed.
Further, the transfer conveyor includes: a transfer conveyor frame; an infinite loop rotating transmission member that transfers fruits and vegetables in the transfer direction by a driving source in the transfer conveyor frame; -It can include a transfer roller on which fruit and vegetables are placed.
Moreover, the said transfer roller can mount the said fruit and fruit vegetables stably because the center part is formed in a hollow shape.
In addition, it is preferable that a friction bar is disposed in each of the foreign substance removing device, the cleaning device, the dehydrating device, and the drying device of the fruit / fruit vegetables so as to rotate the transfer roller.
Preferably, the transfer conveyor has a bent portion, and a plurality of bent portion transfer rollers that rotate on the spot are arranged in the bent portion with a constant curvature.
The drying device is disposed in the main body and provided above the transfer roller of the transfer conveyor, and includes a casing having a gate for fruit and vegetables to enter and exit; provided below the transfer roller of the transfer conveyor. And a suction duct for sucking air in the casing by a suction force of a suction device, and a heat generating means provided inside the casing for supplying heat to the casing.
Each of the fruit / vegetables removing device, the washing device, the dehydrating device, and the drying device is further provided with an elevating device for controlling the height of the fruits / fruits according to the volume of the fruits / fruits. .
The lifting device includes a level sensor that measures the height of fruits and vegetables and a lifting jack that adjusts the height according to data provided from the level sensor.
In addition, the nozzle which injects the said compressed air and compressed water enables it to each adjust the injection angle, the injection quantity, and the injection pressure.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the skin cleaning method and skin cleaning system of the fruit and fruit vegetables which do not damage a fruit and fruit vegetables while removing and washing | cleaning the foreign substance adhering to the skin of fruit and fruit vegetables Can be provided.
Further, the cleaning system of the present invention can be constructed even in a limited installation space.
And since stress in the washing process of fruits and fruit vegetables is minimized, it becomes possible to maintain desirable chromaticity and sugar content even after washing the epidermis.
In particular, by minimizing the contact time between fruits and fruits and vegetables and water, it is possible to maintain the freshness and the quality of the outer shape, and the fruits and fruits and vegetables are more highly productive than existing water-immersed types. Can be cleaned.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In assigning reference numerals to the constituent elements of each of the following drawings, the same constituent elements are given the same reference numerals as much as possible even if they are displayed on other drawings. Detailed descriptions of known functions and configurations determined to be confused are omitted.
The present invention provides a method and apparatus for washing all fruits such as apples and peaches and vegetables such as carrots and potatoes. In the following examples, peaches will be described as examples of implementation targets.
Needless to say, the method and installation system of the present invention is not limited to peaches but can be applied to all other fruits and vegetables.
The method for washing the skin of fruits and fruit vegetables of the present invention is constituted by a process sequence as shown in FIG.
First, a foreign substance removing step S10 for removing foreign substances adhering to the epidermis of fruits and fruit vegetables (hereinafter referred to as peaches as examples), and washing for washing the peaches from which the foreign substances have been removed with water It includes a step S20, a dehydration step S30 for removing moisture from the washed peach, and a drying step S40 for simultaneously sterilizing and drying the peach from which moisture has been removed.
Of course, the packaging step S50 for packaging each fruit and vegetable is further included as a final step.
In the present embodiment, the foreign substance removing step S10 includes a method using a brush or the like, but in the present invention, a method of injecting compressed fine air into peaches is adopted.
In the compressed fine air injection, in particular, the pressure of the compressed fine air, the angle of the compressed fine air injection direction with respect to the peach, and the fineness of the air at the time of injection are important. This is because the efficiency of the prevention of flaws given to peaches and the hair loss must be adjusted together.
Further, the continuous rotation of the peach is effective in efficiently removing foreign substances in the peach epidermis.
At this time, it is also preferable that the compressed fine air is also angularly moved in a range of a fixed injection angle because it plays a role like an air knife for the peach.
If the injection of compressed fine air is fixed at a fixed position without angular motion and is partially and intensively injected, the peach epidermis will be scratched and the merchantability will be reduced.
In particular, in the case of fruits and fruit vegetables with fine hair such as peaches, the foreign substance removal step S10 includes an action of removing the fine hairs.
In the cleaning step S20, there is a method of immersing in water of a water tank or using a brush or the like, but in the present invention, a method of spraying compressed water to peach is used.
In the compressed water injection, the pressure of the compressed water and the angle of the compressed water injection direction with respect to the peach are particularly important. This is because the prevention of scratches on peaches and the efficiency of washing must be adjusted together.
And, it is effective for washing the peach to continuously rotate the peach, but in order to minimize damage during rotation, the support of the transfer device is distributed so that the center of weight of the object to be cleaned is dispersed. Use a table that has been devised appropriately.
At this time, it is preferable that the compressed water is also angularly moved within a range of a fixed injection angle because it serves as an air knife for peaches.
Further, it is preferable to allow sterilization treatment at the same time as washing by mixing the peach with electrolyzed electrolyzed water and spraying it together.
The dehydration step S30 is a dehydration step for removing water adhering to the peach epidermis in the washing step S20, and there is a method using hot air drying or the like, but in the present invention, compressed air is used. Use the method of spraying peaches.
Injecting compressed air is preferable because it has the effect of forcibly desorbing moisture from the peach skin by the pressure of compressed air in addition to the evaporation of moisture.
In the compressed air injection, the pressure of the compressed air and the angle of the compressed air injection direction with respect to the peach are particularly important. This is because the prevention of scratches on peaches and the efficiency of dehydration must be adjusted together.
Further, the continuous rotation of the peach is effective for efficiently removing water adhering to the epidermis of the peach.
At this time, it is preferable that the compressed air is also angularly moved within a range of a fixed injection angle because it plays a role like an air knife for the peach.
The drying step S40 is to remove moisture adhered to the peach epidermis even in a trace amount after the dehydration step S30, and to simultaneously remove bacteria attached to the peach epidermis. It is designed to eliminate the hot air supply method, inhale the sterilized air that has passed through the drying section, and inject the air.
In addition, when the air is inhaled, the saturated water vapor remaining in the drying tunnel affects the drying while passing through a heat source (ultraviolet rays, heat rays, etc.) so that the water contained in the object to be cleaned is released early. The effects can be minimized and the drying time and temperature do not affect the quality of the peach.
In addition, the continuous rotation of the peach is effective in efficiently removing water adhering to the skin of the peach.
Finally, the packaging step S50 can be automatically packaged by a sorting machine according to the weight of the finished product, although it depends on human power.
The following is an experimental example in which the sugar content and chromaticity of peaches are compared with emphasis when the skin washing method for fruits and fruits and vegetables according to the present invention and the conventional washing method are carried out on peaches as target examples.

In the case of chromaticity, all L, a, b values are not significantly different between the untreated group and the treated group, but when visually observed, in the brush (B1) and sponge (D1) washed treatment group, Damage to the epidermis was observed due to stress due to washing pressure.
In addition, the change in sugar content due to the washing method also shows that the initial value of all the treatment groups is 11 Brix ° or more and does not show a significant difference from the untreated group.
