Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態1を示す流体の圧力脈動低減装置の構成図、図2は圧力脈動低減装置30を設置した冷凍サイクル装置の構成図である。図において、圧縮機20で圧縮された高温高圧のガス冷媒は、凝縮器21にて凝縮して液冷媒になり、絞り手段23にて減圧後、蒸発器24にて蒸発し、低温低圧のガス冷媒になり、圧縮機20へ吸い込まれる。凝縮器21には凝縮器用送風機22が設けられており凝縮器の熱を空気と熱交換している。蒸発器24には蒸発器用送風機25が設けられ蒸発器の熱をやはり同様空気と熱交換している。
Claims (4)
- 流体が流れる流路の内部に配置された内管であって、
前記流体を前記流路内にてこの内管の外部と内部に分流させる内管と、前記内管の内部と外部を連通させる前記流体の流れ方向と前記流体の流れと直交した方向に設けられた小孔であって、前記内管と外管との間に前記流体の流れと直交した方向の前記小孔の間隔を前記流体の圧力脈動の波長より短くするとともに分布して設けられた複数の小孔と、前記内管に設けられ前記内管と前記外管との間の縮流部に流れる流体の流速と前記内管の流入側から導かれる流体の流速に差を発生させるように前記内管の流出側を閉鎖する流路抵抗体と、を備え、前記内管の内部と外部の流れの速度をかえることにより発生する圧力差により、前記内部から外部へ前記小孔を通して噴流を吹き出させ発生する渦によって前記流路を伝播する圧力脈動を低減させることを特徴とする流路装置。 - 前記外管の前記流路壁面に前記内管を取り付ける前記内管外部の流れを妨げない様に設けられた内管支えと、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の流路装置。
- 前記内管に流体が流れ込む入口側端部を、一定以上の角度を持った斜め形状にて開放、もしくは切り欠きを設けて開放したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の流路装置。
- 前記内管の流体が流れる軸方向長さが外周側の位置の違いにより異なることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の流路装置。
