Claims (17)
- 第1の磁極片と、第2の磁極片と、を含む磁気回路と、
前記第1の磁極片と前記第2の磁極片との間に配設された第1のセンサと、
第2のセンサとを備えており、
前記第1の磁極片と前記第2の磁極片が、前記第1のセンサを通る第1の磁束パスを形成すると共に前記第1のセンサの外側に漏洩磁束パスが形成されるのを可能とし、
前記第2のセンサが前記漏洩磁束パスに配置されてなり、
前記漏洩磁束パスが、前記第1の磁束パスの第1の磁束により生成される前記第1のセンサの電圧出力に比例して前記第2のセンサからの電圧出力を生成するために前記第2のセンサを通る漏洩磁束を提供するように構成され、
前記第2のセンサからの電圧出力が、前記第1のセンサからの電圧出力に対して選択可能に異なるようにされた、位置センサ組立体。 - 前記第1のセンサ及び前記第2のセンサと電気的に通信する電圧検出器を更に備えてなる、請求項1記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記電圧検出器と通信するプロセッサを更に備えており、前記電圧検出器が、該プロセッサに対して、前記第1のセンサ及び前記第2のセンサの検出電圧出力を送信するように構成されており、
該プロセッサが、関連するメモリに格納された一又は複数の所定の電圧を備え、
該プロセッサが、前記第1のセンサ及び前記第2のセンサの検出電圧出力の内の少なくとも1つを前記1又は複数の所定電圧と比較し、
前記プロセッサが、前記一又は複数の所定電圧に近い前記検出電圧出力の内の少なくとも1つに対して信号を生成するように構成されている、請求項2記載の位置センサ組立体。 - 前記第1の磁極片が概ねL字形状を有しており、前記第2の磁極片が概ねL字形状を有しており、該第1の磁極片及び該第2の磁極片が概ねU字形状の磁束収集磁極片を形成するように配置されてなる、請求項1乃至3記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記第1のセンサが、前記第1の磁極片及び前記第2の磁極片の端部の間の位置に設けられてなる、請求項3記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記第1のセンサの焼き印の押された面が、前記第1の磁極片及び前記第2の磁極片の内の少なくとも1つの端部に接触するように構成される、請求項5記載の位置センサ組立体。
- センサハウジングと、
前記センサハウジングにより位置調整される、第1の非対称Y字型部において終端する第1のL字型セクションと第2の非対称Y字型部において終端する第2のL字型セクションとを有するU字型磁極片と、
前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対称Y字型部の各々のヘッドに存在する第1の端部の間の位置に設けられている第1のセンサと、
前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対称Y字型部の各々のヘッドに存在する第2の端部の間の位置に設けられている第2のセンサと、を備えてなり、
前記U字型磁極片は、磁束を前記第1のセンサ及び前記第2のセンサのそれぞれを通過して案内し、前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対照Y字型部は、前記第2のセンサを通過する前記磁束により生成される前記第2のセンサの電圧出力が、前記第1のセンサを通過する前記磁束により生成される前記第1のセンサからの電圧出力に対して選択可能に異なるよう配置されている、請求項1記載の位置センサ組立体。 - 前記第1のセンサが、前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対称Y字型部の前記第1の端部に対して直角に配置される少なくとも1つの感知エレメントを有してなる、請求項7記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記第2のセンサが、前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対称Y字型部の前記第2の端部に対して直角に配置される少なくとも1つの感知エレメントを有してなる、請求項8記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記第1のL字型セクション及び前記第2のL字型セクションの内の1つの少なくとも第2の端部と前記第2のセンサとの間に配置されるアダプタを更に備えてなる、請求項7乃至9記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記アダプタが電気絶縁体を含有してなる、請求項10記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記電気絶縁体がプラスティックである、請求項11記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記アダプタが、前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対称Y字型部の両方の前記第2の端部と前記第2のセンサとの間の位置に設けられてなる、請求項10記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記アダプタが、前記第1の非対称Y字型部及び前記第2の非対称Y字型部の両方の前記第2の端部と前記第2のセンサとの間に空気ギャップを形成するように構成される、請求項13記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記空気ギャップが約0.13インチである、請求項14記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 前記第2のセンサがリミットスイッチとして動作し、前記第1のセンサが、前記第2のセンサよりも多いパーセンテージの磁束を前記U字型磁極片から受けるように配置されてなる、請求項7記載の位置センサ組立体。
- 第1の磁極片と、
第2の磁極片と、
前記第1の磁極片と前記第2の磁極片との間に配設された第1のセンサと、
第2のセンサとを備えており、
前記第1の磁極片と前記第2の磁極片が、前記第1のセンサを通る第1の磁束パスを形成すると共に前記第1のセンサの外側に漏洩磁束パスが形成されるのを可能とし、
前記第2のセンサが、前記漏洩磁束パス中の磁束により生成される前記第2のセンサの電圧出力が、前記第1の磁束パス中の磁束により生成される前記第1のセンサからの電圧出力に対して選択可能に異なるよう前記漏洩磁束パスに配置されてなる、請求項1記載の位置センサ組立体。
