Claims (15)
- 巻きの巻回と、前記巻回の母線に実質的に直交し、複数のこれらの巻きに接触しているプレート(100)を有する少なくとも1つの電気コネクタ(100、200)とを含む電気エネルギー蓄電コンポーネントであって、前記電気コネクタ・プレートは実質的に軸対称形状の端子(200)が設けられた面を有し、前記プレート(100)は、前記端子(200)を担持する面とは反対側のプレート面の上に隆起した様態で延びる一連のボス(120、125)をさらに形成し、前記端子(200)が少なくとも1つの内凹部(210)を有すること、および少なくとも1つのボス(120)がこのような凹部(210)の中へ貫入することを特徴とするコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントはスーパーキャパシタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記端子(200)は少なくとも一部が円錐台形である外部形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは、前記端子(200)の自由端に向かって広げられた実質的に円錐台形の凹部の少なくとも1つの下部表面(215)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記端子(200)は凹部(210)の各対の間に分枝(220)を形成すること、および各分枝(220)が、前記端子の底面に向かって拡幅する円錐台形表面(225)で終端することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記端子(200)には、前記端子(200)の高さの一部分のみで延在する少なくとも1つの凹部(210)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記端子(200)は、前記端子(200)の周囲の方向へ延びるときに幅が拡大する2つの凹部(210)によって縁取られた少なくとも1つの分枝(220)を成すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは、一連の分枝(220)であって、これらの高さの少なくとも一部分にわたってこれらの間(230)に連結部がない分枝を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記端子は、分枝(220)であって、前記端子の周囲にあるこれらの端部に向かって延びるときに幅が拡大する分枝を有し、各分枝がその端部で相互に反対側に延びる2つの先端(216、217)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは少なくとも一連の凹部(210)を含み、それぞれが、前記カバー・プレート(100)に平行な断面とみなされるときに卵形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは、管状部分の形状にある端子(200)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは少なくとも1つの湾曲ボス(120)を有し、前記ボスが前記カバー・プレートの外側に向かって延びているとき、前記ボスは、径方向から次第に逸脱することによって変化する方向に沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記カバー・プレート(100)は、前記端子(200)を担持する面とは反対側の面であって、前記面の上で電解液が流れるように適合された流路(140)が設けられている面を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記カバー・プレートは電解液を供給するための少なくとも1つの口(130)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントは数個のボス(125)を有し、これらの幾つかは、前記カバー・プレート100の半径の長さよりも短い長さを有し、かつ前記カバー・プレート(100)の周囲域の内側にのみ延在することを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載のコンポーネント。
