図3は、図2の電磁式の弁における運転媒体の流れ及び磁束を示す図であり、
図4は、本発明に基づく電磁式の弁の第2の実施例の縦断面図である。
Claims (7)
- 自動車のブレーキ装置のための電磁式の弁(10)であって、長尺のロッド(18)を備えており、該ロッドはロッド案内部(12)内に軸線方向移動可能に案内されており、かつ前記ロッド(18)に形成されたシール部材(20)を備えており、該シール部材はシール座(24)を密閉するようになっており、前記シール座(24)と前記ロッド案内部(12)とは一体に形成されている形式のものにおいて、前記ロッド(18)を案内していて固定子としての前記ロッド案内部(12)に、調節装置(56)を設けてあり、該調節装置によって、軸線方向で、前記ロッド(18)を移動させるための接極子(46)の端面と前記ロッド案内部(12)の端面との間に設けられる間隙(48)は調節されるようになっており、前記調節装置(56)はキャップ(50)によって覆われており、該キャップ(50)はレーザー溶接継ぎ目(76)によって調節リング(56)に固定されていることを特徴とする電磁式の弁。
- ロッド(18)は、シール部材(20)が同軸的にシール座(24)に当接するようにロッド案内部(12)内に軸線方向移動可能に案内されている請求項1に記載の電磁式の弁。
- 調節装置は調節リング(56)として形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の電磁式の弁。
- 調節リング(56)は半径方向圧着部(58,70)によってロッド案内部(12)に取り付けられている請求項3に記載の電磁式の弁。
- 調節リング(56)はレーザー溶接継ぎ目(72)によってほぼ円筒状のロッド案内部(12)に固定されている請求項3又は4に記載の電磁式の弁。
- 調節リング(56)はほぼ円筒状のロッド案内部(12)の外周面に固定されている請求項5に記載の電磁式の弁。
- シール座(24)の領域でロッド案内部(12)に半径方向の少なくとも1つの貫通孔(64)を設けてあり、該貫通孔はシール座(24)から到来する液体をロッド案内部(12)の外側へ導くようになっている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電磁式の弁。
