Claims (7)
- 一般式(I)で表される8−オキソアデノシン誘導体:
を含むアシル基から成る群から選択される基(置換基Rが炭素数1〜5を有する)を示し、B1及びB2は同一または異なり、水素又、炭素数1から6のアルキル基、若しくはアセチル基、又は、B1及びB2が併せてイソプロピリデン基を示す。) - 窒素原子を一つ含む複素環化合物に由来する基がピロリジン−2−イル、ピペリジン−2−イル、アゼチジン−2−イル、1−メチルピロリジン−2−イル、1−メチルピペリジン−2−イル、1−メチルアゼチジン−2−イル、又はキヌリジン−2−イルである、請求項1記載の8−オキソアデノシン誘導体。
- 2’、3’−O−イソプロピリデン−5’−O−スルファモイル−8−オキソアデノシンである請求項1記載の8−オキソアデノシン誘導体。
- 5’−O−スルファモイル−8−オキソアデノシンである請求項1記載の8−オキソアデノシン誘導体。
- 2’、3’−O−イソプロピリデン−5’−O−[N−(N−BOC−L−プロリル)−スルファモイル]−8−オキソアデノシンである請求項1記載の8−オキソアデノシン誘導体。
- 5’−O−[N−(L−プロリル)−スルファモイル]−8−オキソアデノシンである請求項1記載の8−オキソアデノシン誘導体。
- 8−オキソアデノシン誘導体の5’位をアミノスルファモイル化し、その後、一般式(I)のA1を縮合させることを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の8−オキソアデノシン誘導体の合成方法。
