Claims (7)
- 走査電極と、データ電極と、前記走査電極とデータ電極との電圧差により放出された電子が衝突されるアノード電極と、を含む電子放出パネルにおいて、所定の周期を有する走査駆動信号に応じて前記電子放出パネルの走査電極ラインに順次走査信号を出力する電子放出装置であって、
前記電子放出パネルの放出電流値を測定する放出電流測定部と、
前記放出電流値と基準値とが入力され、前記放出電流値と前記基準値との差異に比例する制御信号を出力する比較部と、
前記制御信号に応じて前記走査信号の出力電圧を増幅するための電源を印加する走査電圧調節部と、
前記増幅された出力電圧により前記アノード電極との電圧差が変化された前記走査信号を前記走査電極ラインに順次印加する走査駆動部と、を備え、
前記比較部と前記走査電圧調節部との間には、所定の映像データの論理値が0である時にオンされるスイッチ部をさらに備えることを特徴とする電子放出装置。 - 前記放出電流測定部は、前記電子放出パネルのアノード電極に連結されて、前記アノード電極に流れる電流を感知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子放出装置。
- 前記放出電流測定部は、前記電子放出パネルの走査電極に連結されて、前記走査電極に流れる電流を感知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子放出装置。
- 前記スイッチ部は、少なくとも1フレーム以上の映像データが0である時にオンされることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電子放出装置。
- 前記スイッチ部は、少なくとも60フレーム以上の映像データが0である時にオンされることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電子放出装置。
- 前記走査電圧調節部は、前記比較部の制御信号に反比例して前記走査信号の出力電圧大きさを調節して、前記データ電極ラインに印加される電圧と前記走査信号の出力電圧との電圧差を減少させることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電子放出装置。
- 外光の照度を測定して照度信号を出力する照度感知部と、前記照度信号を増幅して前記基準値を生成する基準値調節部と、をさらに含み、
前記比較部が入力される前記基準値は、前記基準値調節部から入力されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の電子放出装置。
