Description
図1に示す物質駆出装置1は原理的には容器収容部5を固定された本体2から成る。
容器収容部5は駆出すべき物質を充填された容器を、または駆出すべき物質を直接収容する円筒形の空洞6を有する。容器収容部はその底部に通孔を有し、この通孔内に、例えば、ねじ付リング8またはその他の固定システムを有するリングと連結したチューブ7が取外し自在に固定されている。この固定は容器収容部の通孔周りに形成された螺条付き口部にねじ付リングを螺合させることによって達成される。
Claims (11)
- 液状またはペースト状物質の駆出装置であって、
本体(2)と、物質の収容に当てられ、物質を駆出するためのオリフィスを有する部分と、歯(10)を備え、本体を貫通する内孔(23)内を移動して、物質を収容する部分の容積を変化させる押出シリンダー(3;3’;3”)と、本体に取り付けられた押出シリンダー変位機構とを具備し、
押出シリンダー変位機構が、ヒンジ連結されたレバー(4)であって、レバー(4)にヒンジ連結され、かつ、押出シリンダーと接触する位置に復帰する爪(16)、及び、押出シリンダーと接触する位置に復帰する戻り止め爪(18)によって、押出シリンダーの歯に作用する、レバー(4)を具備し、
レバー(4)が取外し可能なジョイント(14,15)によって本体に連結されていることを特徴とする駆出装置。 - 押出シリンダー(3;3’;3”)が、押出シリンダー(3;3’;3”)を誤った向きに本体(2)へ挿入すると、戻り止め爪(18)に形成された開口(20)に嵌入する端部(22)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆出装置(1)。
- 押出シリンダー(3’;3”)がその全長に亘って歯のない部分を有し、内孔(23)内を回転しながら移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の駆出装置(1)。
- 歯(10)のプロフィールが2つの連続する頂縁の間に溝(12)を介してつながる2つの直線的部分(11、13)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の駆出装置(1)。
- 本体(2)内に、本体に対して回転しながら移動可能なライナー(25)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の駆出装置(1)。
- ライナーが戻り止め爪を形成する弾性変形可能な部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の駆出装置(1)。
- ライナーが、回転移動に伴って、少なくとも1つの爪に作用して押出シリンダーを解除するように構成された少なくとも1つの突起を含むことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の駆出装置(1)。
- 本体(2)内に、本体(2)に対して並進移動可能なライナーを含むことと、ライナーがその並進移動に伴って少なくとも1つの爪に作用して押出シリンダーを解除するように構成された少なくとも1つの突起を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の駆出装置(1)。
- ライナーが物質を収容する部分と結合する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項5から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載の駆出装置(1)。
- 本体(2)及び/またはレバー(4)を成形可能な材料で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の駆出装置(1)。
- レバー(4)が、本体(2)に、軸(15)とスリット(14)を含むジョイントにより接続されていて、軸(15)は弾性的に変形し、レバー(4)を本体(2)から工具を使用せずに着脱できる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆出装置(1)。
