Description
本発明の更に一つの目的は、冷水を循環する方式をもって圧縮型ローラまたは圧縮金型の表面を低温状態にし、それによって、発泡材シートを立体状凸紋があるように圧縮ローリングまたは成型圧縮を行うと、直ちに発泡材シートを冷却することができ、それら立体状凸紋は迅速に定型され、快速に立体状凸紋のある滑り止め発泡材を作ることができる。
本発明の実施例では、熱可塑性弾性物ペレットを使用して伝統的ゴム原料と取って代わり、弾性物ペレットが発泡加工の過程に於いて加熱成型しやすい特徴を利用し、本実施例の滑り止め発泡材を作るものである。本実施例の製造過程に於いて、先ずこの種の熱可塑性弾性物ペレットを金型内に入れて発泡作業を行い、発泡作業が完成したら、金型から発泡材10を取り出し、並びにばり除去及び修整処理を行い、図1に示すような立方体発泡材10を形成し、更に実際の厚さの需要によって発泡材10を複数枚のシート20に裁断し、あるいは、更に発泡材シート20の対応側辺を溶接して一巻き連続の発泡材に形成する。
Claims (11)
- 熱可塑性弾性物ペレットを利用し、発泡材シートを製造し、
発泡材シートの組成成分は、100重量単位の熱可塑性弾性物ペレット、2〜6重量単位の発泡剤、0.1〜1.0重量単位の橋かけ剤、5〜60重量単位の充填剤及び1〜10重量単位の老化防止剤を含み、
所定サイズの網孔のある耐高温網布を発泡材シートの最少一面の表面に貼り付けて固定し、加熱装置によって加熱を行い、発泡材シートが可塑化する程度まで軟化させ、
最少一組の金型をもって発泡材シートを加圧し、発泡材シートに耐高温網布が被せてある一面を加圧する金型の表面には均一に複数個の凹溝が設けられ、加圧過程に於いてすでに塑化した発泡材シートの発泡材中のやや大きい圧力のかかる部分は、発泡材中のやや小さい圧力のかかる部分へ移動してそれら網孔を突き通り、発泡材シートの表面の各網孔に対応する位置に均一かつ立体状の凸紋が形成されることを特徴とする熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。 - 更に網布を剥離し、発泡材シートの表面に網布の花紋または図案に類似した立体状の花紋または図案を形成することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
- 熱可塑性弾性物ペレットは、スタイレン(styrene)−ブタジェン−スタイレンのブロック重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
- 熱可塑性弾性物ペレットは、スタイレン−エチレン−ブテン−スタイレンのブロック重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
- 熱可塑性弾性物ペレットは、スタイレン−イソプレン−スタイレンのブロック重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
- 熱可塑性弾性物ペレットは、エチレンビニールアセテートであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
- 耐高温網布の網孔の大きさは、最小0.5mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
- 耐高温網布の耐高温は、140℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
- 加熱装置は、赤外線加熱炉であり、発泡材シートがそれを通ると、発泡材シートは加熱され、迅速に可塑化可能な程度まで軟化されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
- 凹溝の深さは、最小1mmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
- 凹溝の幅は、最小2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性弾性物を利用して立体凸紋のある発泡材を作る方法。
