Description

270で示すように、SSALSiにSFALSiを加えた散乱の強度が予め決められた検出閾値よりも大きくなければ、制御は工程268に戻される。しかし、SSALSiにSFALSiを加えた散乱の強度が予め決められた検出閾値よりも大きい場合、制御は工程272に移される。工程272は、SSALSiとSFALSiの和が予め決められた血小板閾値より大きいか否かを判断する。SSALSiとSFALSiの和が予め決められた血小板閾値よりも大きくなければ、粒子「i」が血小板であると判断され、制御は工程274に移される。工程274は、計数された血小板数(NPlt)を1つずつ増分し、制御を工程268に戻す。
Claims (2)
- 第1のフローチャネル(102)内に試料流体を流体力学的に集束させるように適合された交差領域(140)を含む第1のフローサイトメトリー分析チャネル(102)と、第2のフローチャネル(104)内に試料流体を流体力学的に集束させるように適合された交差領域(170)を含む第2のフローサイトメトリー分析チャネル(104)とを含む使い捨ての流体カートリッジ(14、100)を、選択的に収容するように適合された本体(12)と、
前記流体カートリッジの前記第1及び第2のフローチャネル内に試料流体のフローを提供する圧力源(P,112)と、
前記第1のフローチャネル内の前記試料流体の少なくとも一部に第1の光ビームを提供する第1の光源(22a)と、
前記第1のフローチャネル内の前記試料流体を通過する前記第1の光ビームの少なくともいくらかを受け取り、第1の検出器出力信号を提供する1つまたは複数の第1の検出器(24a)と、
前記第2のフローチャネル内の前記試料流体の少なくとも一部に第2の光ビームを提供する第2の光源(22b)と、
前記第2のフローチャネル内の前記試料流体を通過する前記第2の光ビームの少なくともいくらかを受け取り、第2の検出器出力信号を提供する1つまたは複数の第2の検出器(24b)と、
前記第1の検出器出力信号および前記第2の検出器出力信号に結合された処理ブロック(40)と、
前記試料流体の流量を測定する流量センサ(114)と、を備える、試料分析システム。 - 前記流体カートリッジは、試料流体の第1の部分のフローを前記第1のフローサイトメトリー分析チャネルへ、当該試料流体の第2の部分のフローを前記第2のフローサイトメトリー分析チャネルへ向ける流体方向付け手段(116)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の試料分析システム。
