Description
具体的には、樹脂固形分換算で、主剤として固形分20%、粘度4500mPa・s(at30℃)のPVA100重量部に対し、水性インク吸収性改良剤としてのシリカ35±5重量部、インクジェットインクの耐水性付与剤としての固形分50%、粘度400±200mPa・s(at25℃)のアミン系樹脂を20±3重量部、PVA耐水性付与剤としての固形分25%、粘度50±250mPa・s(at25℃)のポリアミド・エピクロロヒドリンを50+1,−0重量部を添加配合し、混練調整してなる樹脂組成物を8〜15g/m2で天然木の極薄突板の表面に塗布したものである。また、天然木の種類によってはサイズ剤として固形分25%、粘度100mPa・s(at25℃)、のスチレン系樹脂を1+0.1,−0重量部を添加することができる。さらにまた、PVAの耐水性付与効果を高めるためにポリエチレンイミンを20+1,−0重量部を添加することができる。

Claims (4)
- 主剤である固形分20%、粘度4500mPa・s(at30℃)のポリビニルアルコールを100重量部と、
水性インク吸収性改良剤である粉末シリカ35±5重量部と、
インクジェットインク耐水性付与剤である固形分50%、粘度400±200mPa・s(at25℃)のアミン系樹脂20±3重量部と、
ポリビニルアルコール耐水性付与剤である固形分25%、粘度50〜250mPa・s(at25℃)のポリアミド・エピクロロヒドリン50+5,−0重量部とを添加混練りし、
この樹脂組成物を8〜15g/m 2 (樹脂固形分相当量)となるように、天然木の極薄突板の表面に塗布してなる印刷性良好な突板。 - 上記ポリビニルアルコールの耐水性付与効果を高めるためにポリエチレンイミンを20±2重量部を添加してなる請求項1に記載の印刷性良好な突板。
- 印刷の滲み防止効果を向上させるために、サイズ剤である固形分25%、粘度100mPa・s(at25℃)、のスチレン系樹脂を1+0.2,−0重量部を添加してなる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷性良好な突板。
- 複数枚の天然木の極薄突板を酢酸ビニル系接着材で貼り合わせ、該貼り合わせた天然木の極薄突板シートの少なくとも片面に、上記樹脂組成物からなるインクジェット受容層を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の印刷性良好な突板。
