Claims (4)
- 磁性を有する混合材を樹脂に混合して成る電磁波吸収材の製造方法であって、前記混合材となる中空部とこの中空部を開口する開口部とを有する磁性材を、真空状態のもとで誘電性材料である前記樹脂と混合した後、この真空状態を解除して前記開口部から前記樹脂を前記磁性材の中空部に流入若しくは充填することで、前記混合材と前記樹脂とを混合すると共に前記磁性材の前記中空部に前記誘電性材料を設けることを特徴とする電磁波吸収材の製造方法。
- 前記磁性材の中空部を開口する前記開口部は、少なくともこの開口部を介して前記誘電性材料をこの磁性材の中空部に流入若しくは充填できる開口量を有し、且つ可及的に小さい開口量に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁波吸収材の製造方法。
- 前記磁性材は、前記中空部を開口する開口部を、少なくとも二箇所以上の複数箇所に有することを特徴とする請求項1,2のいずれか1項に記載の電磁波吸収材の製造方法。
- 互いに粒径の異なる粒状に形成した複数の前記混合材を前記樹脂に混合して成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁波吸収材の製造方法。
