Claims (6)
- 燃焼チャンバと;
前記燃焼チャンバ内にその一部が進入され、前記燃焼チャンバの内部を加熱するリフォーマバーナと;
前記内部が加熱された前記燃焼チャンバの熱により加熱されるリフォーマと;
前記リフォーマバーナを前記燃焼チャンバから引き出す方向又は前記燃焼チャンバに挿入する方向に直線移動させて、前記燃焼チャンバ内における前記リフォーマバーナの位置を調節するアクチュエータと;
を含むことを特徴とする、移動可能なバーナを具備した燃料改質器。 - 前記燃焼チャンバ内の前記リフォーマバーナの炎に近接した領域の温度を測定する温度センサと;
前記温度センサの測定結果により、前記アクチュエータの前記バーナを移動させる制御部と;
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の移動可能なバーナを具備した燃料改質器。 - 前記燃焼チャンバは、前記リフォーマバーナの出入口の横に燃焼ガス排出口が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の移動可能なバーナを具備した燃料改質器。
- 燃焼チャンバと;
前記燃焼チャンバ内にその一部が進入され、前記燃焼チャンバの内部を加熱するリフォーマバーナと;
前記内部が加熱された前記燃焼チャンバの熱により加熱されるリフォーマと;
前記リフォーマバーナを前記燃焼チャンバから引き出す方向又は前記燃焼チャンバに挿入する方向に直線移動させて、前記燃焼チャンバ内における前記リフォーマバーナの位置を調節するアクチュエータと;
を含む移動可能なバーナを具備した燃料改質器の駆動方法であって、
正常運転状態で、前記リフォーマバーナの炎に近接した前記燃焼チャンバ内の領域の温度を測定する温度測定ステップと;
前記温度測定ステップで測定した温度に基づいて前記リフォーマバーナを移動させて前記燃焼チャンバ内での位置を調節する調節ステップと;
を含むことを特徴とする、移動可能なバーナを具備した燃料改質器の駆動方法。 - 前記調節ステップにおいて、前記測定した温度が第1の温度より高いときは、前記リフォーマバーナを前記燃焼チャンバから引き出す方向に移動させ、前記測定温度が前記第1の温度より低温の第2の温度より低いときは、前記リフォーマバーナを前記燃焼チャンバに挿入するように移動させることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の移動可能なバーナを具備した燃料改質器の駆動方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料改質器を具備した燃料電池システム。
