Description
図示された過回転防止装置は、空気圧式ベーンモータに適用される。前記ベーンモータは、シリンダ10、前端壁11、後端壁12、端壁11及び12に回転可能にジャーナル軸受けされたロータ13、及び後端壁12に接続された圧縮空気導入管14を備えている。導入管14は、空気導入通路15を形成し、その後端部に供給開口16を備えている。開口16は、スピンドル19を介してロータ13に連結された従来のボール駆動式速度調整機17によって制御される。速度調整機17の細部については説明しないが、速度調整機17は、供給開口16を介してモータへ供給される圧縮空気を制御することによって、負荷が変わった時にモータの動きを所定の速度レベルに維持することを目的とするものである。
Claims (3)
- シリンダ(10)、圧縮空気導入開口(21)及びロータ(13)を備えた空気圧式回転モータ用の過回転防止装置であって、
ロータ(13)と共に回転し、遠心作用に応答する作動装置(18)と、
導入開口(21)を通過する空気流を制御するよう配置された弁要素(20)と
を備え、
ロータの回転速度が所定の最大速度レベルを超えた時に、開弁位置から閉弁位置への弁要素(20)の動作を引き起こすために、作動装置(18)に係合されるよう前記弁要素(20)が配置され、
前記弁要素(20)が、開弁位置と閉弁位置との間で枢軸(C)を中心に傾斜可能な蓋部材によって形成され、
前記枢軸(C)が、実質的に、ロータ(13)の中心に関するコードに沿って伸び、
作動装置(18)に、前記枢軸(C)を中心に前記蓋部材(20)を傾斜させるために前記蓋部材(20)にカム係合するカム面(25)が形成され、
前記導入開口(21)が、蓋部材(20)の閉弁位置において、蓋部材(20)が密閉係合するための平坦な座面(32)で囲まれ、
前記蓋部材(20)に、前記座面(32)上に載る少なくとも一つの突起部(33,34)が形成され、
開弁位置と閉弁位置との間の変動時に、蓋部材(20)が、一つ又は複数の突起部(33,34)による双安定な中心越え動作を実行するように、前記蓋部材(20)を前記座面(32)に向けて付勢し保持するようスプリング(26)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする空気圧式回転モータ用過回転防止装置。 - モータが、前端壁(11)と後端壁(12)とを備え、
前記蓋部材(20)及び圧縮空気導入開口(21)が後端壁(12)に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過回転防止装置。 - 前記スプリング(26)が、実質的に真っ直ぐなワイヤースプリングから成り、その両端が後端壁(12)に固定され、
該スプリング(26)が蓋部材(20)を傾斜可能に支持している
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の過回転防止装置。
