Claims (3)
- 密閉型混合機から放出された非加硫系配合剤を配合した混練ゴムをロール混練機で目標粘度に混練し、この目標粘度となった混練ゴムに加硫系配合剤を配合して混練し、最終混練ゴムを得るゴム材料の混練方法において、前記最終混練ゴムを用いて所定形状に押し出す押出し工程で形状不適格となったゴム材料を追加ゴムとし、該追加ゴムを計量および加熱して40℃以上100℃以下で前記ロール混練機で混練されている混練ゴムに投入し、この混練ゴムとともに追加ゴムを40℃以上100℃以下で混練することを特徴とするゴム材料の混練方法。
- 前記ロール混練機に投入する追加ゴムの量に応じて、前記ロール混練機のロール上のゴムバンク量を増減する請求項1に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
- 前記ゴムバンク量の増減を、前記ロール混練機のロールガイド幅またはロールギャップの少なくともいずれかを制御しておこなう請求項2に記載のゴム材料の混練方法。
