Description
前記磁石を保持して前記案内面を摺動する摺動ホルダと、前記移動部と前記摺動ホルダとの間に位置する板ばねとが設けられ、前記板ばねに、前記移動部に固定される取付片と、前記取付片から第1の折曲部で折り返されて前記移動部の移動方向に沿って延びる中間片と、前記中間片から第2の折曲部で折り返されて前記中間片と逆の向きに延びる押圧片とが設けられており、
前記摺動ホルダが前記押圧片に支持され、前記摺動ホルダが前記板ばねの弾性力によって前記案内面に押圧されながら前記移動部材と一緒に移動することを特徴とするものである。

Claims (8)
- 固定部に設けられた案内面に沿って直線的に往復移動する移動部と、前記移動部と一緒に移動する磁石と、前記固定部に設置されて前記磁石からの漏れ磁界を検知する磁気検知器とを有する移動検出装置において、
前記磁石を保持して前記案内面を摺動する摺動ホルダと、前記移動部と前記摺動ホルダとの間に位置する板ばねとが設けられ、前記板ばねに、前記移動部に固定される取付片と、前記取付片から第1の折曲部で折り返されて前記移動部の移動方向に沿って延びる中間片と、前記中間片から第2の折曲部で折り返されて前記中間片と逆の向きに延びる押圧片とが設けられており、
前記摺動ホルダが前記押圧片に支持され、前記摺動ホルダが前記板ばねの弾性力によって前記案内面に押圧されながら前記移動部材と一緒に移動することを特徴とする移動検出装置。 - 前記第1の折曲部と前記第2の折曲部は、前記移動部の移動方向に向けて間隔を空けて配置されている請求項1記載の移動検出装置。
- 前記摺動ホルダには、前記移動部の移動方向へ間隔を空けて配置された支持部が設けられており、前記押圧片からの弾性押圧力が前記支持部に作用する請求項1または2記載の移動検出装置。
- それぞれの前記支持部は、前記第1の折曲部と前記第2の折曲部の近傍に位置している請求項3記載の移動検出装置。
- 前記取付片が前記移動部の取付面に当接し、摺動ホルダが前記案内面に当接した状態で、前記取付片と前記押圧片とが平行である請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の移動検出装置。
- 前記取付片には、前記移動部の移動方向に間隔を空けて配置された挟持片が設けられており、前記移動部の一部が前記挟持片で前記移動方向の両側から挟持されている請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の移動検出装置。
- 前記押圧片には、前記磁石を直接に押圧して、前記磁石を前記摺動ホルダに位置決めする補助押圧片が一体に設けられている請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の移動検出装置。
- 前記移動部には、前記ホルダが前記移動部に向けて接近する距離を規制するストッパが設けられている請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の移動検出装置。
