Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの射出ヘッド(3)の助けをかりてグレージングユニット(2)の少なくとも周辺部の上に、特にポリウレタン系材料の複数の成分からなるプラスチック材料でできている輪郭ビード(1)を成形する方法であって、射出段階外に射出ヘッド内で各成分の再循環、および射出段階中に射出ヘッド内部で多成分プラスチック材料の混合があり、射出ヘッド(3)内に出口開口(4)を通して射出された前記材料がその後成形キャビティ(5)内に広がって前記成形された輪郭ビードを形成する方法であって、射出ヘッド(3)内の前記出口開口(4)を通して射出された材料が前記成形キャビティ(5)内に直接広がることを特徴とする、方法。
- 射出ヘッド(3)内の前記出口開口(4)から射出された材料が、前記出口開口(4)と前記成形キャビティ(5)の間に配置された分配経路または混合キャビティタイプの中間手段を通って進まないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 材料が、前記成形キャビティ(5)の壁面(6)内の前記出口開口(4)を通して射出されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の成形方法。
- 材料が、隣接するグレージングユニットの平面とほぼ垂直な流れにより、前記出口開口(4)を通して射出されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の成形方法。
- グレージングユニット(2)の少なくとも周辺部の上に、特にポリウレタン系材料の複数の成分からなるプラスチック材料でできている輪郭ビード(1)を成形する装置(11)であって、前記装置は内部で多成分プラスチック材料が射出段階中に混合され、前記材料がこれを通して射出される出口開口(4)を有する少なくとも1つの射出ヘッド(3)と、射出段階外で射出ヘッドの内部に各成分を再循環させるシステムと、前記成形された輪郭ビードを形成するための成形キャビティ(5)とを備えた装置であって、射出ヘッド(3)内の前記出口開口(4)が前記成形キャビティ(5)内に直接現れることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記出口開口(4)と前記成形キャビティ(5)の間に配置される、分配経路または混合キャビティタイプの中間手段を備えていないことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置(11)。
- 前記出口開口(4)が、前記成形キャビティ(5)の壁面(6)と同一平面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の装置(11)。
- 射出ヘッド(3)が、可動金型要素(5’)に固定連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(11)。
- 前記出口開口(4)が、グレージングユニットの隣接する受け入れ平面とほぼ垂直に配置された軸Zを有するほぼ円形断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(11)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法の実施によって作り出され、特にポリウレタン系材料の複数の成分からなるプラスチック材料でできている成形された輪郭ビード(1)を備えた少なくとも1つの周辺部上に設けられた、グレージングユニット(2)。
- 輪郭ビード(1)が、ばり取りのいかなるマークまたは痕跡も含んでいないことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のグレージングユニット(2)。
- 輪郭ビード(1)が、材料の射出が実現された場所に射出マークを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載のグレージングユニット(2)。
- 前記射出マークが、グレージングユニットが嵌合すると、ほとんどまたはまったく見えない輪郭ビード上の位置に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のグレージングユニット。
