Claims (2)
- 容量性モードの動作と誘導性モードの動作を有すると共に、前記容量性モード又は前記誘導性モードの選択を決定する選択端子(Vin)を備えるブーストコンバータ(100)であって、
前記選択端子(Vin)における電位を閾値レベルと比較する(104)ことにより、前記容量性モードと前記誘導性モードとの前記選択を決定し、
前記容量性モードにおいては、前記選択端子(Vin)が電圧源(108)に結合されると共に、キャパシタ(110)が前記ブーストコンバータ(100)の第2の端子(Swn)に結合され、
前記誘導性モードにおいては、前記選択端子(Vin)が接地に結合されると共に、前記第2の端子(Swn)がインダクタンス(118)の一方の端子に結合され、前記インダクタンス(118)の他方の端子が前記電圧源(108)に結合されていることを特徴とするブーストコンバータ。 - 接地端子(Gnd)、出力端子(Vout)、付加端子(Swp)及びスイッチの集合(S1,S2,S3,S4)を更に備え、
第1のスイッチ(S1)及び第2のスイッチ(S2)は、前記選択端子(Vin)及び前記出力端子(Vout)の間に直列に接続され、前記付加端子(Swp)は、前記第1のスイッチ(S1)及び第2のスイッチ(S2)の共通ノードに接続され、第3のスイッチ(S3)は、前記選択端子(Vin)及び第2の端子(Swn)の間に結合され、第4のスイッチ(S4)は、前記接地端子(Gnd)及び第2の端子(Swn)の間に結合される、請求項1に記載のブーストコンバータ。
