Description
粒子Z1:溶融ジルコニア粒子(ガラス相6%、Fe2O30.07%、残部ZrO2結晶相)、粒径:0.3〜4.76mm。
粒子Z2:溶融ジルコニア粒子(ガラス相6%、Fe2O30.08%、残部ZrO2結晶相)、粒径:0.3mm未満。
粒子Z3:非溶融ジルコニア粒子(福島製鋼社製、商品名:BR−90G)、粒径:0.105mm未満。
粒子A:焼結アルミナ、粒径44μm未満。
粒子S:ヒュームドシリカ(旭硝子セラミックス社製、商品名:LP−A)、平均粒径0.8μm。
リン酸:オルトリン酸75%水溶液。
リン酸塩:メタリン酸ナトリウム。
施工性:前記供試体をタンプ施工する際の材料のしまり具合を目視で評価。
圧縮強度(kPa):前記供試体をJIS R 2615に準拠して評価。
Claims (6)
- ジルコニア粒子(ZrO2換算)70〜95質量%と、アルミナ粒子2〜12質量%と、リン酸および/またはリン酸塩を含む結合材1〜10質量%と、溶融ジルコニア粒子に由来するガラス分2〜8質量%とを含む不定形耐火物であり、かつ、アルミナセメントの含有量が0.1質量%以下であることを特徴とするジルコニア質不定形耐火物。
- ジルコニア粒子中、溶融ジルコニア粒子がZrO2換算で80〜95質量%、非溶融ジルコニア粒子がZrO2換算で5〜20質量%である請求項1記載のジルコニア質不定形耐火物。
- 前記ジルコニア粒子中の鉄の含有率がFe2O3換算で0.15質量%以下である請求項1または2記載のジルコニア質不定形耐火物。
- 前記アルミナ粒子の粒子直径が100μm以下である請求項1、2または3記載のジルコニア質不定形耐火物。
- 前記結合材として、シリカ微粒子を含む請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のジルコニア質不定形耐火物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか記載のジルコニア質不定形耐火物を使用したガラス槽窯用タンプ材。
