Description
・本発明による注入装置8を少なくとも一つ備えた、処理槽1を設置し、
・溶融金属41を循環させることで、前記溶融金属が処理槽の内部で所定の流束を形成するようにし、
・一つまたは複数の注入装置8を用いて処理用ガスを注入し、
・場合によっては、ノズル18の先端の噴出口19の詰まりを除去するために手段14を作動させること。

Claims (12)
- 処理槽(1)の中に入れられた溶融金属内に処理用ガスを注入する注入装置(8)であって、
前記注入装置が、処理槽の内壁(2)の一つに固定されるようになっていて、先端の噴出口(19)を備えた少なくとも一つの注入ノズル(18)を有するものであり、注入装置の外部から操作可能であって、かつノズルの前記先端の噴出口の詰まりを通すように適合化された、一つの可動手段を含み、
該可動手段が、注入ノズル(18)の内部をスライドするように取り付けられた、一本の心棒(14)を有しており、
前記心棒(14)が、処理用ガスが通れるように先端の噴出口(19)から後退したところに位置している休止位置から、前進位置へと移動するように適合化されていると共に、
上流部分を有し、該上流部分が、先端の噴出口(19)とは反対にある注入ノズル(18)の一端を気密性を保って通り抜けるように適合化されていることを特徴とする、注入装置。 - 前記可動手段が、先端の噴出口(19)を突き抜けるように適合化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入装置。
- 前進位置においては、前記心棒(14)が先端の噴出口(19)から飛び出すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入装置。
- 手動制御機構が取り付けられ、
該手動制御機構が、把手(20)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入装置。 - 伸縮性部材(22)を含んでおり、該伸縮性部材によって、前記心棒(14)を休止位置に維持することができるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の注入装置。
- 自動化された制御機構が、前記心棒(14)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入装置。
- 前記注入ノズル(18)が、前記心棒(14)の案内手段を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の注入装置。
- 前記案内手段が、中央に一つの孔と、周辺に複数の孔とを有したリングによって構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の注入装置。
- 前記心棒(14)の断面の直径が、注入ノズル(18)の先端の噴出口(19)に向かって小さくなっていくことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の注入装置。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の処理用ガスの注入装置を少なくとも一つ含んでいることを特徴とする、溶融金属の処理槽。
- 溶融金属の流れを処理するために、請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の処理用ガスの注入装置、もしくは請求項10に記載の処理槽を使用する方法。
- 溶融金属が、アルミニウム、アルミ合金、マグネシウム、もしくはマグネシウム合金であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の使用方法。
