Description
PS灰A :CaO:30%、SiO2:23%、Al2O3:13%、MgO:7%、遊離石灰含有量1%、ブレーン比表面積5,000cm2/g。
刺激剤(1) :普通ポルトランドセメント
刺激剤(2) :水酸化カルシウム、試薬1級。
刺激剤(3) :高炉セメントB種。
刺激剤(4) :高炉セメントC種。
水 :水道水。
圧縮強度:5cmφ×10cmの円筒供試体を作製して測定した。
膨張率:5cmφ×10cmの円筒供試体を作製し、上面に白マジックで失透させたガラス板を置き、レーザーセンサーにて上面の浮き沈みを計測することによって膨張率を測定した。膨張反応が収束した材齢5日の膨張率を測定した。
PS灰B:CaO:30%、SiO2:23%、Al2O3:13%、MgO:7%、遊離石灰含有量3%、ブレーン比表面積6,000cm2/g。
PS灰C:CaO:30%、SiO2:23%、Al2O3:13%、MgO:7%、遊離石灰含有量8%、ブレーン比表面積7,000cm2/g。
硝酸塩類イ:亜硝酸カルシウム、試薬1級
硝酸塩類ロ:硝酸カルシウム、試薬1級。
硝酸塩類ハ:亜硝酸リチウム、試薬1級。
硝酸塩類ニ:硝酸ナトリウム、試薬1級。
硝酸塩類ホ:硝酸塩イと硝酸塩ロの等量混合物。
フライアッシュα:市販のJIS適合品、ブレーン比表面積値4,000cm2/g。
フライアッシュβ:市販のJIS外品、ブレーン比表面積値3,000cm2/g。
Claims (7)
- ブレーン比表面積3,000〜9,000cm2/gで遊離石灰含有量が3%以下のパルプスラッジ焼却灰100部及び高炉セメントである刺激剤3〜30部を含有してなる、優れた強度発現性を示す水硬性組成物。
- 硝酸塩及び/又は亜硝酸塩を含有する請求項1記載の水硬性組成物。
- 硝酸塩及び/又は亜硝酸塩が、カルシウム塩であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の水硬性組成物。
- フライアッシュを含有する請求項1〜3のうちの1項に記載の水硬性組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のうちの1項に記載の水硬性組成物を用いてなる硬化体。
- 請求項1〜4のうちの1項に記載の水硬性組成物を水と混練し、振動締め固めを行いながら型枠に充填し、成形することを特徴とする請求項5記載の硬化体の製造方法。
- 蒸気養生を行うことを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6記載の硬化体の製造方法。
