Claims (5)
- 吸着剤を充填した複数の吸着塔を温度変動吸着法により吸着工程と再生工程とに順次切り換え使用しながら原料空気中の水分及び二酸化炭素を除去して空気液化分離装置に導入する原料空気を精製する方法において、吸着工程にある吸着塔に流入する原料空気の温度を測定し、測定した原料空気温度が上昇したときには、空気液化分離装置の排ガスラインの排ガスを用いた加熱再生ガス量を多くして前記吸着工程及び再生工程の時間を短縮し、測定した原料空気温度が下降したときには、前記加熱再生ガス量を少なくして前記吸着工程及び再生工程の時間を長くし、前記排ガスラインの圧力が低下又は上昇する前に、該排ガスラインの圧力を維持するための背圧弁に予め信号を送ることを特徴とする空気液化分離装置における原料空気の精製方法。
- 前記吸着塔には、原料空気入口側に水分を吸着する第1吸着剤が、該水分吸着剤の下流側に二酸化炭素を吸着する第2吸着剤がそれぞれ充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気液化分離装置における原料空気の精製方法。
- 前記吸着工程にある吸着塔に流入する原料空気の温度が、想定した原料空気温度より高いときには、該流入する原料空気の温度及び圧力から求めた水分の流入量と、前記吸着工程にある吸着塔に充填した前記第1吸着剤の充填量に応じて前記再生工程の時間を短縮することを特徴とする請求項2記載の空気液化分離装置における原料空気の精製方法。
- 前記第1吸着剤は、活性アルミナ又はシリカゲルであり、前記第2吸着剤は、Na−X型ゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の空気液化分離装置における原料空気の精製方法。
- 前記第2吸着剤は、原料空気中の水分を除く二酸化炭素及びその他の微量不純物成分を吸着除去することを特徴とする請求項2記載の空気液化分離装置における原料空気の精製方法。
