Description
‐担体上でのVI及び/又はVIII族の金属の含浸工程、
‐活性化工程、及び
‐触媒質量に対して2.8重量%以下の大量の炭素を担持させるように、少なくとも1つの炭化水素化合物と接触させることによる炭素の担持工程を含む、硫黄化合物及びオレフィンからなる炭化水素供給原料の選択的水素化脱硫用の触媒の製造法にも関する。
‐200〜900℃、好ましくは200〜500℃、より好ましくは250〜450℃の最終温度、
‐0.1〜3MPa、好ましくは0.1〜2MPa、より好ましくは0.1〜1.5MPaの圧力、
‐5〜100%、好ましくは5〜50%、より好ましくは5〜30%に及ぶ活性化ガス中の硫化水素の容量パーセント、
‐触媒1gに対し毎時1〜30、好ましくは1〜20リットル、より好ましくは1〜10リットル/h/gに及ぶ活性化ガス流量であり得る。
‐成形工程、
‐乾燥工程、及び
‐焼成工程を含み得る。
本発明による触媒は、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及び硝酸コバルトの溶液の乾式含浸によって調製される。担体は、1.04cc/gに等しい全多孔質容量の130m2/gのデルタアルミナである。触媒は次に乾燥され、かつ500℃の空気で焼成される。
この実施例は、アルミナに担持されるニッケルを主成分とする触媒の場合を示す。触媒は、硝酸ニッケル溶液の乾式含浸、その後に続く乾燥及び温度空気での焼成によって調製される。活性化工程は、実施例1に示したものと同一であり、すなわち触媒10及び11に関してH2/H2S/シクロヘキセン(3容量%)で、かつ触媒9に関してH2/H2Sでの温度処理である。テスト反応及び試験条件は、実施例1で使用されたものと同一である。これらの固体の特性並びにそれらの選択的水素化脱硫性能を表2に要約する。結果は、炭素のない触媒9に対して相対的に表わされる。
この実施例において、1重量%に近い同じ炭素比率を有するが、異なる比表面積(それぞれ、本発明に従った触媒2に関して130m2/g、及び比較触媒10に関して220m2/g)を有するCoMo/アルミナを主成分とする触媒が比較される。この実施例の触媒を調製する操作条件は、実施例1のそれと同一である。
本発明による触媒15は、H2O2存在下の酸化モリブデンMoO 3 、水酸化コバルトCo(OH)2、及びクエン酸1.5モル/モリブデン1モルの比のクエン酸からなる溶液の乾式含浸によって調製される。触媒は、次に乾燥され、かつ空気で焼成され、かつ混合気H2/H2Sで硫化される。本発明による触媒16は、ヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウム及び硝酸コバルト溶液の共含浸、及び空気焼成工程後に、クエン酸(クエン酸1.5モル/モリブデン1モルの比)を付加して調製される。触媒は、最終的に混合気H2/H2Sで硫化される。これらの固体の特性並びにそれらの選択的水素化脱硫性能を表4に要約する。性能は、基準として用いる触媒1に対して相対的に表わされる。
Claims (9)
- 比表面積が150m 2 /g未満である耐火性酸化物から選択される担体、周期表のVI及びVIII族の金属からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの金属、及び炭素を含む、硫黄化合物及びオレフィンからなる炭化水素供給原料の選択的水素化脱硫用の触媒であって、炭素含有量は0.5〜2.6重量%であり、かつ触媒は、硫化形態であることを特徴とする触媒。
- 前記触媒中の総硫黄含有量は、VI及びVIII族に属する前記触媒の金属全体の全硫化に必要な硫黄含有量の60〜140%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 担体の比表面積は、130m 2 /g以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の触媒。
- VI族の金属は、モリブデン及びタングステンからなる群から選択され、かつVIII族の金属は、ニッケル及びコバルトからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の触媒。
- ‐担体上でのVI及び/又はVIII族の金属の含浸工程、
‐水素及び硫化水素を含むガスと接触させることによって行われる硫化工程である、活性化工程、及び
‐触媒質量に対して0.5〜2.6重量%の炭素を担持させるように、少なくとも1つの炭化水素化合物と接触させることによる炭素の担持工程を含む、硫黄化合物及びオレフィンからなる炭化水素供給原料の選択的水素化脱硫用の触媒の製造法。 - 炭素担持工程は、活性化工程の間に行われることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 炭素担持工程は、VI及び/又はVIII族の金属の含浸時に炭素を含む前駆物質を担持させて、VI及び/又はVIII族の金属の含浸と同時に行われることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の触媒を使用する、硫黄化合物及びオレフィンからなる供給原料の選択的水素化脱硫方法。
- 供給原料は、概して5個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素から約250℃の沸点を有する化合物までの、接触分解装置から生じたガソリン留分からなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
