Claims (8)
- 画像読取装置であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング上に固定されたロッドレンズアレイと、
前記ハウジング上に固定され、ライトガイド、光源本体及び前記光源本体から延伸されたガイド端子を含み、そのうち前記ガイド端子が弾性片である光源モジュールと、
前記ハウジング上に固定され、複数の光センサチップを含むセンサボードとを備え、
前記ガイド端子が弾性片接触方式で前記センサボードと電気的に接続され、
前記ガイド端子がフック状の弾性片であること、
を特徴とする画像読取装置。 - 画像読取装置であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング上に固定されたロッドレンズアレイと、
前記ハウジング上に固定され、ライトガイド、光源本体及び前記光源本体から延伸されたガイド端子を含み、そのうち前記ガイド端子が弾性片である光源モジュールと、
前記ハウジング上に固定され、複数の光センサチップを含むセンサボードとを備え、
前記ガイド端子が弾性片接触方式で前記センサボードと電気的に接続され、
前記ハウジングがさらに複数組の熱可塑性を備えた複数の熱融点を含み、ホットプレス方式を利用して前記複数の熱融点を変形させて複数の熱融係止構造を形成し、前記センサボードを前記ハウジング上に固定し、
前記センサボードを固定するとき、各組の前記複数の熱融点のうちいずれか1つを使用すること、
を特徴とする画像読取装置。 - 前記光源本体及び前記ライトガイドの間が取り外し可能な係止構造で相互に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記光源本体及び前記ライトガイドがそれぞれハウジング上に固定されてから結合されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記ハウジングがさらに複数の第一係止部材を含み、係止方式で前記ロッドレンズアレイを前記ハウジング上に固定するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記ハウジングがさらに複数の第二係止部材を含み、係止方式で前記光源モジュールを前記ハウジング上に固定するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記ハウジングがさらに複数の第一係止部材を含み、係以係止方式で前記ロッドレンズアレイを前記ハウジング上に固定するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記ハウジングがさらに複数の第二係止部材を含み、係止方式で前記光源モジュールを前記ハウジング上に固定するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の画像読取装置。
