Description
図1は、循環回路内に挿入接続された燃焼装置を備えた本発明に基づく廃熱式蒸気発生装置の概略構成図、
図2は、循環回路に接続された燃焼装置を備えた本発明に基づく廃熱式蒸気発生装置の他の実施例の概略構成図を示す。
− 別個の補助蒸気発生器が不要となる。
− 廃熱式蒸気発生装置は設備の停止中も保温され、これによって場合によっては必要な 凍結防止処置が不要となる。
− 廃熱式蒸気発生装置は停止中も比較的高い圧力に保たれ、これによって頻繁に行われ る始動時に(加熱および冷却の際の)温度変化による厚肉部品の応力負荷がかなり減少 する。
− 蒸気タービンの主蒸気管並びに蒸気タービン自体が保温されおよび/または加熱され 、これによって設備全体の始動時間をかなり短縮することができ、これにより特に排気 ガス放出量がかなり減少する。

Claims (4)
- ガスタービン(5)の排気ガス(7)が供給される廃熱ボイラ(3)を備え、廃熱ボイラ(3)が、その廃熱ボイラ(3)内に配置され蒸気タービン用の運転蒸気を発生するためのそれぞれ異なる圧力段階にある複数の蒸発器(11,13,15)を有するガス・蒸気発電所の廃熱式蒸気発生装置(1)において、廃熱ボイラ(3)に燃焼装置(43)から煙道ガス(9)が供給され、煙道ガス(9)を戻すために戻り管(44)が設けられており、廃熱ボイラ(3)の加熱領域(52,53)と戻り管(44)とによって形成された循環回路(50)に燃焼装置(43)が接続されており、煙道ガス(9)の少なくとも一部が廃熱ボイラ(3)の少なくとも1箇所から取出されると共に、廃熱ボイラ(3)から煙道ガス(9)の流れ方向において廃熱ボイラ(3)の出口開口(45)の下流で取出された煙道ガス(9)の少なくとも一部が、廃熱ボイラ(3)の入口開口(4)に戻される構成を備え、さらに、前記燃焼装置(43)が、煙道ガス(9)の温度および/または量を調整するための少なくとも1つの制御装置(37,39,41)を備えることを特徴とするガス・蒸気発電所の廃熱式蒸気発生装置。
- 少なくとも1つの蒸発器(11,13,15)から、ガス・蒸気発電所の少なくとも1つの蒸気負荷を運転するための補助蒸気(19)が取出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃熱式蒸気発生装置。
- 少なくとも1つの蒸発器(11,13,15)から、ガス・蒸気発電所の廃熱ボイラ(3)、主蒸気管、蒸気タービンの少なくとも1つに対して加熱、保温、圧力維持の何れかを行なうための補助蒸気(19)が取出されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃熱式蒸気発生装置。
- 補助蒸気(19)が、ガスタービン(5)および/または蒸気タービンの運転状態にほとんど無関係に取出されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の廃熱式蒸気発生装置。
