Claims (10)
- ロールネック(2)に、このロールネックを取り囲む、シール面(7)と協働する少なくとも1つの弾性的なシール要素(9,10)が付設されており、シール要素(9,10)が固定の保持部(8)によって担持され、シール面(7)がロールネック(2)と共に可動のネックブッシュ延長部(6)によって担持される、ロール軸受けの胴部側の領域内のシール装置において、
シール面(7)が、弾性的な支持要素(13)を介してネックブッシュ延長部(6)に支持されるか、シール要素(9,10)及びシール面(7)が、それぞれ弾性的な支持要素(13)を介して保持部(8)及びネックブッシュ延長部(6)に支持され、弾性的な支持要素(13)が、シール要素(9,10)のシールリップ(14,15)よりも小さい剛性を備え、弾性的な支持要素(13)の剛性及び弾性的な支持要素(13)の半径方向の補整運動の程度が、予設定可能に調整可能であることを特徴とするシール装置。 - シール要素(9,10)及びシール面(7)が、保持部(8)及びネックブッシュ延長部上で、少なくとも1つの締付け手段(11)と突出部(12)との間に固定されており、締付け結合部が、半径方向のシール要素(9,10)及びシール面(7)の運動を可能にするのに対し、周方向のシール要素(9,10)の運動が阻止されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 弾性的な支持要素(13)として、少なくとも1つのOリングが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1つに記載のシール装置。
- 弾性的な支持要素(13)として、少なくとも1つの閉鎖されたホースが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1つに記載のシール装置。
- ホースもしくはOリングが、エラストマで充填されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のシール装置。
- 弾性的な支持要素(13)が、シール要素(9,10)とユニットを構成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のシール装置。
- 締付け手段(11)及び突出部(12)、及び/又はこの締付け手段(11)及び突出部(12)と結合しているシール要素(9,10)の面及び/又はシール面(7)が、テフロン(登録商標)コーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のシール装置。
- 少なくとも締付け手段(11)、及びこの締付け手段(11)と結合しているシール要素(9,10)の面及び/又はシール面(7)が、半径方向に整向された係合部もしくは案内部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のシール装置。
- シール要素(9,10)として、ラジアルシャフトシールリングが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載のシール装置。
- 2つのシール要素(9,10)が、保持部(8)上に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のシール装置。
