Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性プラスチック製の単層チューブラフィルム又は多層チューブラフィルムを製造するためのフィルムブロー成形型であって、
−溶融体供給装置(13)と、
−フィルムブロー成形型(1)の中心軸の周りに同心に配置され、境界壁面に螺旋分配器(6,7,8)を配置した複数の環状スリット状の溶融体通路(9,10,11)であって、内側の溶融体通路(9)の螺旋分配器(8)がフィルムブロー成形型の中心軸を基準にして内側に位置する境界壁面に配置されており、外側の溶融体通路(11)の螺旋分配器(6)がフィルムブロー成形型の中心軸を基準にして外側に位置する境界壁面上に配置されている、溶融体通路(9,10,11)と、
−溶融体供給装置(13)から来る溶融体を複数の個別流に分割し、次いで螺旋分配器(6,7,8)に送る複数の一次分配器と、
−溶融体通路(9,10,11)が開口している唯一の環状スリットノズル(12)と、
を具備し、
溶融体通路(9,10,11)が環状スリットノズル(12)に近づくにつれて、溶融体通路(9,10,11)の幅が広くなり、かつ、螺旋分配器(6,7,8)の溝の深さが減少している、
ことを特徴とするフィルムブロー成形型(1)。 - 溶融体通路(9,10,11) が螺旋分配器(6,7,8)を付けた境界壁面と、平坦な円筒状境界壁面とを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルムブロー成形型(1)。
- 螺旋分配器(6,7,8)が少なくとも1つの螺旋状溝を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1及び2記載のフィルムブロー成形型(1)。
