Description
ここでは、実施例3のモノリン酸アルミニウムに炭酸水素ナトリウムの添加の有(本発明)無(ブランク)によるバインダーをタテ300mm×ヨコ300mm×厚さ2mmの薄い木片表面に厚さ10mmに被覆したものの性状と耐火性能を比較した。耐火テストは電気炉で片面加熱内面温度600℃5分間テストによった。結果を表4に示す。

Claims (5)
- リン酸アルミニウム水溶液にアルカリ金属の炭酸塩を添加した混合物からなり、
リン酸アルミニウムがモノリン酸アルミニウムを主成分とし、P/Alのモル比が2.5〜3.5であり、
アルカリ金属の炭酸塩が、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸水素カリウム、炭酸ナトリウムと炭酸水素ナトリウムの複塩の1種又は2種以上の混合物であり、
リン酸アルミニウム水溶液濃度が5〜45重量%であり、リン酸アルミニウム100重量部に対し、アルカリ金属の炭酸塩が5〜120重量部の比率で混合し、かつ得られた混合物のPHが4〜7の範囲であることを特徴とする耐火材用無機結合材。 - 請求項1記載の耐火材用無機結合材を、アルミナ、珪藻土、石膏、カルシア、シリカ、シリカアルミナの1種又は2種以上の混合物からなる無機粉体及びパーライト、アルミナバブル材、バーミキュライト、シラスバルーン、フライアッシュから選ばれた1種又は2種以上の混合物である無機多孔質粉粒体からなる骨材に混合してなる耐火材組成物。
- 請求項2記載の耐火材組成物を所定形状に成形又は該成形物を焼成してなる耐火材。
- 請求項1記載の耐火材用無機結合材あるいは請求項2記載の耐火材組成物の水溶液又は懸濁液を吹付材として用いる耐火材。
- 請求項4記載の吹付材を有機質の可燃性材料の表面の被覆材として用いる耐火材。
